The key creative team (minus the hosts) behind the highly rated and Emmy-winning 96th Academy Awards jimmy kimmelas well as his personal producer and wife, McNearney The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced on Monday that it will return to the telecast of the 97th Academy Awards.
For the show airing on ABC on Sunday, March 2, 2025, Raj Kapoor and Katie Mullan will return as executive producer — Kapoor will also serve as showrunner — and Hamish Hamilton Will once again serve as dean and CEO of the college Bill Cramer and president Jenny Yang said in a statement.
This will be the second time Kapoor and Mullan have held these positions, and Hamilton’s fifth.
The organizers of the 97th Academy Awards have not yet been announced.
Most members of the 96th Academy Awards creative team will also return for the 97th Academy Awards, including production designers misty buckley and Alanna Billingsley (winner of the 96th Emmy Award for his work) and executive producer of the red carpet show david chamberlain.
