After a disappointing opening weekend, Transformers One director Josh Cooley Fans are now being urged to watch the film on the big screen in theaters.
Cooley said in a post shared on Members are very proud.
“It’s made for the big screen, so please share your thoughts with me while you can still play it.”
I was not at all excited to see Transformers One and walked into the theater expecting it to be a huge disappointment. However, I finally walked out of the cinema and enjoyed the movie! It told a surprisingly powerful story, and I was ultimately pleased with how it turned out.
Unfortunately, the marketing team didn’t do a good job of selling the movie because they didn’t seem to understand their audience. I talked about all this in a previous article I wrote.
I understand why people don’t want to see this movie because the trailer doesn’t make it look like a good Transformers movie! That’s why I have zero interest in this movie. However, this movie is actually really good! There are a lot of great reviews and they don’t lie.
The film tells the “origin story of how the most iconic characters in the Transformers universe, Orion Pax and D-16, went from comrades to sworn enemies, Optimus Prime and Megatron.”
movie star Chris Hemsworth As Orion Parkes/Optimus Prime, Brian Tyree Henry As D-16/Megatron, Scarlett Johansson as Elita-1, and Keegan-Michael Key As a B-127/Hornet.
