Olivier Chastan’s acquisition company Iconoclast has announced its latest music rights deal.
According to a press release issued by the company today (September 25), it has acquired “Double platinum selling, publishing rights to the catalog of Grammy Award-winning hip-hop artist Eve.”
Sources told MBW the deal is in the eight figures, somewhere between $25 million and $50 million.
Eve first gained recognition in the late 1990s with her debut album and was called a “trailblazer” in the music industry by Iconoclast Let there be Eve… first lady of Raf Leders, This makes her the third female rapper in history to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Iconoclast founder Olivier Chastan is a veteran music executive who served as CEO of Irving Azoff’s Iconic Artists Group.
Chastan founded Iconoclast in late 2021 when he purchased Robbie Robertson’s music publishing rights and NIL (name, image and likeness) rights, as well as his recorded music interests, covering his career to date.
