second episode Penguin Tensions here are further heightened. As Dr. Russo reminds her, Sofia is no longer in Arkham and is using her madness to start calling the shots. And of course Oz’s help.
The beginning of the second episode
When Oz initially approaches Sofia, she rejects him. But that didn’t slow him down. He went on to broker the deal with the Maroney family. No one believed Cobb, not even the Falcones or the Maroneys.
Alberto’s death brought a controlled madness to Sofia that reached a dangerous climax. She may not be in Arkham “anymore”, but Sophia is still deadly.
robbery
He orchestrated the theft of the drop, and Vitti, his thorn in the side, caused trouble. As a result, Ozzy did what he does best, improvise. Even though Vitti messed up his plan, Oz still won.
The exchange of fire was quite intense, and although Penguin got into the wrong car, he still “danced” out.
After the theft and mass murder of Falcones, Sofia becomes convinced that there are rats in the group. She takes active steps to find out who it is. Female Falcone, fresh out of Arkham, is tired of being frozen by Johnny Vitti and Luca.
She wants revenge.
Funeral and other
Sofia experiences an almost orchestrated breakdown at “Berto’s” funeral. This display did nothing to lessen her bad reputation as the family’s horrific serial killer.
She spots an old cop on her family’s payroll and squeezes him. He offers up a robbery survivor. Oz takes care of him and constantly provides help to Sofia.
Dance
While Arkham’s shadow looms over Sofia more than ever, Oz is dancing. He was constantly moving parts and teaching Vic more about acting along the way.
Oz’s mother walked out of the house. Her dementia is worsening and she doesn’t know what day it is. Cobb loved his mother and danced with her. For a man wearing a brace and unsteady on his feet, he was obsessed with fancy footwork. He sees himself as a dancer.
At the end of the episode, after Sofia lightens up, he says, “Let’s dance.”

Summarize
Ozzy won’t stop until he gets Vitti. Calling him a penguin is obviously an insult. Vic screwed up, and he learned a lesson. These moments show a more human side of Oz as he must put his new protégé on a mission. He didn’t like being cruel to his new driver.
This touch, like his devotion to his mother, makes the penguin feel more human. He’s no less dangerous, but he shows some depth. Oz has layers.
He also likes to dance.
