Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 5 spoilers promise our favorite characters will be going all out for Halloween in the week leading up to Halloween.
There won’t be new episodes for Halloween week (yes, they’re already on hiatus for a week!), but at least we’re getting a fun holiday-themed story.

Halloween stories can be hit or miss.
They often use tired TV tropes like dead people looking like entities, flesh-and-blood people, zombies being real, or other ideas that would be scarier if they weren’t aired on every show at the same time.
Med may have a few of these events, but they also have staff Halloween parties where everyone dresses in costume.
Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 5 spoilers reveal several outfits:
- Dr. Charles as Sherlock Holmes
- Hannah and Mickey play cowgirl and cowboy respectively
- maggie as a hockey player
- Frost and Naomi wear matching electrician outfits
Unfortunately, we don’t know what Sharon and Dennis were wearing. They are such a cute couple and I want them to wear costumes!
Of course, Sharon might get a truly scary story instead of a fun costume.
Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 5 spoilers say she’s on edge, likely because she’s received death threats.
Sharon’s story so far has been one of psychological manipulation. She kept looking over her shoulder, but nothing bad was happening.
This could be the stalker’s goal, and the plot twist is that they don’t intend to do anything to hurt Sharon.
However, Halloween would be the perfect time for them to escalate their threat. Sharon keeps trying to ignore them and just do her job, which may be frustrating to the person behind it.
Could Dr. Charles’ psychosis be related to Halloween?
Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 5 spoilers say Charles will clash with returning nurse Jackie over the treatment of mentally ill patients.
I’m excited about the way Chicago Med has handled Jackie’s mental health storyline so far. Hopefully it won’t be ruined by anything stupid like someone turning out to be a vampire or some other monster they claim!
Dr. Charles always clashed with someone over treatment, but Jackie was the best person for the job.
She may be reacting emotionally to her own experience being hospitalized for psychiatric reasons, while Charles has been dealing with guilt for his past mistakes since Ripley returned to the scene.
However, Charles’ instincts are often spot on, so if he’s worried about a patient, his staff should listen.
Hannah’s new case could spark another powerful storyline
Before dressing up as a cowgirl, Hannah would work with a pregnant woman who had an autistic son.
I want to be excited, but stories about parents of autistic children are a minefield.
I’m still heartbroken about the way Parenthood made Max’s case of autism because of how difficult it was for his parents to raise a child like him, but if anyone can do justice to a story like this, it’s Chicago Med 》.
Hopefully this is less exaggerated and more accurate, and if this woman is also concerned that her second child is autistic, Hannah might be able to encourage her.
I’m curious to see what’s going on with Hannah mentally and emotionally, and how this storyline will affect her.
It was helpful for her to admit to Ripley that she had been attending extra NA meetings to make sure she didn’t relapse, but it was just the first step in her emotional journey.
Hannah’s problems stem from her patients dying during childbirth, but resolving them takes time.
It’s unlikely that Hannah will revert to her old self so quickly, and I don’t think Mede would choose this unrealistic path.
Still, a Halloween party might be just what she needs to get away from the stress of caring for a pregnant patient and the fear of another patient dying from neglect.
She’s radiant in Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 5 spoilers. Her pink dress suits her perfectly and she has a great smile.
I’m sure Hannah’s mental health situation will be a season-long storyline, if not transcendent, but it will be good for everyone to get away from their problems once in a while.
I’m also curious about her latest relationship with Ripley. Their breakup may have been played for drama, but it was a particularly ugly one.
Until their conversation at the end of Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 4, I had been a strong proponent of Hannah saying goodbye to Ripley for good.
Whether they’re worth fighting for depends on what happens during Halloween.
Ripley needs to prove that his support for Hannah isn’t a one-time thing, that he’s no longer keeping secrets and trying to sacrifice his life for Sally or anyone else.
Hannah’s relationship drama with him is only slightly better than the ridiculous love triangle with Archer and his son in season nine.
The writers had to work hard to impress me before I could actually bring this couple to life.
