Australian listed music technology company Vinyl Group (formerly Jaxsta) has signed a strategic partnership with global music licensing company Songtradr.
The agreement was announced on Tuesday (October 22) and will be vinyl plastic group manage sontraddigital advertising portfolio to further expand its advertising capabilities.
Under the terms of the agreement, Vinyl Group will integrate Songtradr’s digital advertising inventory into its Vampr Advertising Networkincreasing its U.S. advertising coverage by 20 times. The deal gives Vinyl Group access to Songtradr in excess of monthly 20 million Vinyl Group will retain unique audiences on its digital platforms 50% The net income from all business generated through a partnership.
The deal comes more than a year after Songtradr became the largest shareholder in Vinyl Group, which later changed its name from Jaxsta to Vinyl Group. Songtradr converts its convertible bonds into common shares of Jaxsta, giving it ownership 14.04% bet.
According to Vinyl Group’s latest annual report for the financial year ended June 30, Songtradr currently holds 17.41% Holds shares in the company and is the second largest shareholder after Realwise Group Holdings, which holds 30.81% bet.

The agreement comes at a time when digital music advertising is experiencing growth and companies are looking for more ways to reach music industry stakeholders. Vinyl Group’s portfolio of music technology services includes Vinyl.coman e-commerce platform that offers more than 50,000 music titles, and vampirean online platform called “LinkedIn for Creatives” that will 1.4 mega Creators leap 180 nation. Vinyl Group acquired Vampr in February 2023.
