Hipgnosis are the latest big names to back the British Music Business Awards.
It will sponsor the Songwriter of the Year award, which it has supported since the event’s launch in 2016 and was won by Lostboy (Peter Rycroft) last year.
The British Music Business Awards will be held next Tuesday (November 5) at their traditional venue, The Grand Connaught Room, in Covent Garden, London.

As always, the British Music Business Awards will celebrate the best examples of A&R and talent development in the UK market, while recognizing the most successful behind-the-scenes talent and outstanding artist/songwriter managers and companies of the past 12 months.
Categories include Best Major Label, Best Publisher, Best Manager and Best Producer, with a range of categories recognizing the most significant A&R achievements in a variety of genres.
As if that wasn’t enough, there will also be some “Legends Only” level awards and ceremony, with special guest appearances.
