Atlantic Music Group has named Alana Dolgin to the company’s newly created position of president of digital marketing.
In her new role, Dolgin will oversee digital marketing for Atlantic Records, 300 Entertainment and 10K Projects.
The appointment marks the company’s first key appointment since Elliot Grainge took over as chief executive on October 1.
Dorkin will be based in Atlantic Music Group’s Los Angeles office, reporting to Atlantic Music Group chief operating officer Zach Friedman and general manager Tony Talamo.
Dolgin will also continue to serve as president of Homemade Projects, a talent management, merchandise, touring and digital marketing company.
The executive was named president of Homemade Projects in 2021, building an impactful marketing management firm with clients including Jake Shane, Anna Shumate, Track Star/Public Opinion, Emma Brooks McAllister, Zack Lugo, Zoi Lerma, Baron Scho and Zachirific et al.
Atlantic Music Group said on Monday (November 4) that it had achieved some “early wins” during her tenure, launching a social campaign for the ROSÉ/Bruno Mars duo easy. and Don Tolliver’s new drop.
Dolgin began her career at Columbia Records and moved to HITCO in 2018 as Business and Promotions Manager. There, she spearheaded a TikTok campaign for Cardi B up and Guyanese-American rapper Saint JHN’s Rose.
Under Dorgin’s guidance, Rose TikTok has more than 4.5 billion views in a single month. She then went on to lead influencer marketing at Flighthouse, which prepared her to build her own viral marketing agency before partnering with Homemade Projects in 2021.
