Just weeks after performing the much-loved 2006 album black parade My Chemical Romance announced a series of stadium shows for 2025 in full at the When We Were Young Festival, where the band will also perform the album in its entirety.

Produced by Live Nation, the 10-city stadium tour will kick off on July 11, 2025 in Seattle. My Chemical Romance will feature 10 shows with diverse opening acts including Death Cab for Cutie, DeVoe, Alice Cooper and Trash.
“Seventeen years have passed since the Black Parade was sent to the moat. In that time, a great dictator came to power, ushering in the “Concrete Age”; a glorious period of stability and abundance in DRAAG’s history. “His great and immortal dictator wishes to celebrate our rich and legendary culture, gastronomy and musical entertainment by welcoming you to these magnificent displays of strength and determination. And for the first time in six thousand two hundred and forty-six days, Ceremoniously restoring the privileges of work will be the national band of the Immortal Dictator…the Black Parade.
On Monday (November 11), My Chemical Romance posted an image on its social channels teasing a new announcement and posing the question: “If you could be anyone, what would you be?” teaser The film follows the band’s performance on October 20 black parade All in Las Vegas when we were young.
In 2022, My Chemical Romance reunited for a world tour, which was originally scheduled for 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The band released a new single “The Foundations of Decay” in 2022 to coincide with its stage return.
