Taylor Swift performed the Grammy-nominated song “Us” with Gracie Abrams during her Eras tour in Toronto on Saturday (November 16).
During a surprise portion of the show at Rogers Center, the 34-year-old pop superstar invited her friend and fellow opener Abrams, 25, to mash up Swift’s songs. 1989 Her song “Out of the Woods” and Abrams’ song “Us” our secret album.
“Us,” which Abrams co-wrote with Swift, was recently nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
Abrams, who has opened for Swift’s Eras tour multiple times in 2023, is back on the road for this tour, which will kick off three nights at Vancouver’s BC Place on December 8.
Saturday’s collaboration marks the second time Swift and Abrams have performed “Us” live together. The pair previously collaborated on the song at London’s Wembley Stadium in June.
Before bringing Abrams on stage, Swift reflected on the time that has passed since the launch of The Eras Tour in March 2023.
“A lot of life can happen on tour, and a lot of art can happen on tour,” Swift told the Toronto audience. “I think you’ll remember the gifted, talented young lady you met earlier tonight.”
She continued, “Story Time: Like a year ago, Gracie opened for me on the Era Tour and we had a lot of fun memories. One of my favorite things was celebrating her Grammy win for Best Nominated for the Newcomer Award. We went out that night and it was like eleven hundred universes.
Swift also shared how excited they were when they first heard “Us” had been nominated for a Grammy, saying the two were “screaming like crazy” on the phone together.
