David Dastmazian (Spend the night with the devil), Ashley Greene (twilight), and Samantha Cochrane will star in a new horror thriller film project titled cure.
The film centers on Cochrane’s character Ellie Braun, “an adopted 16-year-old girl with a mysterious disease who learns that her biotech billionaire parents (Dust March) Ann and Green) are harvesting her blood for nefarious purposes.
The film is directed by Nancy Leopardiwhich recently wrapped production in Los Angeles. The filmmaker describes the film as “a satirical take on the modern billionaire class in the guise of a crowd-pleasing thriller.”
Leopardi added: “cure In the tradition of classic horror and science fiction films, inspired by horrific sociopolitical realities and biotechnological advances. like Machine type, AIand Image Gallery I believe we are on the cusp of a scientific revolution and the big question is – who will benefit?
The script was written by Jonathan Bernstein and James Greer, who has worked before Steven Soderberghof irrational.
I love the movies Dastmalchain makes and this seems like a fun project for him.
