That’s exciting if true: Fiona’s secret might not be kept secret much longer, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 8/26/24.
It’s hard to imagine that Fiona would have been exposed, arrested and sent to prison within a matter of weeks. I’ve watched this soap opera long enough to know that if it had some more sinister plans for the characters, it would just end the story quickly.
Still, someone overhearing Fiona’s secret is a good start, especially if the eavesdropper is a generally honest person.
This Sarah hit-and-run story feels like a remix of stories from the past. Sarah was hit by a car when she was eight, and Brady had been charged with serious crimes but couldn’t remember what happened.
Talk about a tired TV trope! Days of Our Lives is kidding itself.
Still, once the truth finally comes out, the consequences will be epic.
Sander’s reaction will be epic when he learns that the mother he begged Sarah not to invite to their wedding is the one who hit her with a drunk driver, and Maggie will be just as epic when she learns of Teresa’s bad behavior Always disappointed.
We’re still a long way from that, but Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 8/26/24 point in the right direction that someone may have overheard Fiona’s voice.
How will Fiona get out of this predicament?
Blackmail and bribery were her rule
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 8/26/24 say Justin may overhear something, most likely while Fiona is talking to herself.
If Justin confronts her, she may lie to get out of the situation or try to convince him that he misunderstood what he heard.
But if that doesn’t work, then all bets are off. Fiona is not the kind of character you want to be involved with, and if she thinks blackmail or bribery will get her out of trouble, she won’t ignore it.
Of course, she shouldn’t have much influence over Justin, but if she threatens Bonnie, it might work.
Fake Abigail faces suspicion
Kristen doesn’t believe her story, but will Chad listen?
I hate it when characters are made stupid for the sake of plot.
Chad should be ringing alarm bells because Jennifer insists this woman is not her daughter. Instead, he was angry that Jennifer made “Abigail” uncomfortable.
Kristen isn’t the most trustworthy person, and Chad doesn’t particularly like her. When she implies that “Abigail” is not who she says she is, he may not listen to her out of spite.
Still, the fact that two different people were convinced that the stranger wasn’t Abigail should make Chad think twice about what he thought he knew.
Brady admits to a crime he didn’t commit
Spoilers say Jada faces pressure to close case
While Brady didn’t knock Sarah over, it was largely his own fault that he found himself in trouble.
Although he was shocked that he had hit Sarah while driving drunk, he continued to drink with Fiona, but this was the smallest of his crimes.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 8/26/24 say Brady will choose not to date Jada — which is his right, but might not be wise in this case.
Jada will be pressured by Xander to close the case.
So when Brady confessed despite having no memory of that fateful night, she might have taken it at face value and arrested him, continuing Salem’s frequent trend of substandard police work.
Sophia is in trouble after all
Holly asks Tate what happened between him and Sophia
Uh oh. It sounds like the breakup was done for dramatic purposes.
Holly seemed to know that Sofia acted desperate and stupid when her former best friend was in the room.
However, once Sofia breaks up, Holly demands Tate tell her what really happened, and Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 8/26/24 indicate she will continue to desperately seek answers.
Just for once, I’d be happy if someone’s stupid and ridiculous plan to drive a wedge between a couple didn’t work. Is this asking too much?
Justin hears Fiona’s guilt
The million dollar question is whether he knows what she means
As mentioned above, if Justin did overhear Fiona hitting Sarah, she might resort to lies, gaslighting, or blackmail.
There’s an easier path forward, though: In a tried and true plot twist, Justin thinks Fiona is talking about something completely different.
He might overhear something ambiguous or assume that Fiona feels guilty for not driving Brady home, rather than realizing that she was driving Brady’s car that night.
Regardless of what Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 8/26/24 say about it, the story still has a long way to go, so Fiona’s secret will remain safe no matter what.

So far I haven’t found anyone who doesn’t hate it, and Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 8/26/24 reveal that now Connie is going to torture Melinda.
This obsessive love story feels like Whitley King 2.0, and the first one was bad enough!
While Melinda can be annoying, she’s also smart and strong, so maybe she’ll surprise everyone and get the better of Connie.
That almost makes this crap worth watching.
Gabby launches her next step
She makes a surprising proposal to EJ
It’s no secret that Gabby hates EJ, but now, she hates Stefan even more.
If she experiences EJ, there are many ways she can ruin Stefan’s life.
She and Stefan worked together to take EJ’s shares from him so they could run Dimera, but she can now provide Stefan with some karma by switching loyalties.
She couldn’t publicly shame him by crashing her wedding to Stefan because they were already married, but she could decide it was only fair to turn the tables and sleep with EJ.
Connie threatens Ava
Going head-to-head with a former mafia princess might be a bad idea
Ava knows Melinda went to Connie’s apartment, so there’s no way Connie can stop her from finding out who’s responsible for Melinda’s disappearance.
In Connie’s mind, the next best thing was to overpower her. While there’s some logic to that, Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 8/26/24 don’t hint at what’s coming next: threatening Ava.
Ava is a former mafia princess, so I don’t understand the show’s current obsession with making her look easily intimidated. She should have no problem crushing someone like Connie.
Maybe Connie will be distracted by the meta-storyline and Ava and Melinda can overwhelm her while she watches Body and Soul.
why not? That makes as much sense as anything else in this story.
Jada goes on a sad mission
She gives Everett’s ashes to Stephanie
I keep looking forward to Days of Our Lives reprising its most overused plot devices and somehow resurrecting Everett/Bobby.
But maybe he’ll stay dead. It certainly looks like that, as Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of 8/26/24 reveal that Jada will bring Everett’s ashes to Stefani.
The two may grieve together because when Bobby died, Jada began to fall in love with him again.
Hopefully no one will carry around the ashes endlessly like Anna did when she thought Tony was dead.
