CBS releases trailer for upcoming series WatsonThe story is set six months after the death of Sherlock Holmes, friend and partner of Dr. John Watson, at the hands of Moriarty.
Morris Chestnut stars as Watson, who restarts his medical career as the head of a clinic dedicated to treating rare diseases.
From the episode: “Watson’s old life isn’t over, though—Moriarty and Watson will write their own chapter of the story that has captivated audiences for more than a century.
“‘Watson’ is a deeply investigative medical show that follows a modern-day version of one of history’s greatest detectives as he shifts his focus from solving crimes to solving medical mysteries.”
The cast also includes Eve Harlow, Peter Mark Kendall, Rich Coster, no schlinmannand Rochelle Ates.
The series is scheduled to premiere on CBS after the AFC Championship Game on January 26, 2025, and will also be available to stream on Paramount+. The show will be aired regularly starting from February 16th.
