Jesse Eisenberg (real pain) has developed his next film project, an untitled musical comedy, and Julianne Moore (next door room) and Paul Giamatti (The Holdovers) will star in the film.
The film tells the story of “a shy woman who unexpectedly stars in an original local musical. Enchanted by the strong-willed and mysterious director, her role in this community theater production and the high stakes of Lost myself in the world.
Eisenberg is a talented actor and director and I really enjoy his recent films real pain. This is a strong little independent film worth watching.
real pain It centers on Eisenberg’s David, who lives with his mismatched cousin Benjy (Kieran Culkin), embark on a journey across Poland to pay tribute to their cherished grandmother.
What begins as a heartfelt respect is quickly unraveled when lingering tensions between the two resurface, while they navigate the deeply intertwined threads of their family’s past.
Eisenberg will direct the new film from his own script, and he also contributed original music.
