Kevin Richards shows us the reality of out-of-control reality in this brilliant 2024 film reflective self. He wrote and directed this slow-moving masterpiece. Everything works like a well-oiled mechanism. Each revelation surpasses the last. This is nearly perfect. Cast, story, cinematography. Everyone comes together to create something unforgettable.
main actors
Daisy Boyce is Nia.
Marielle Claire is Aria.
Barney Jones plays Dion.
This is an intimate cast. As an ensemble piece it works very well. But as the story moves forward, backward, and sideways, it’s clear that each actor has something to contribute. reflective self Synchronized like clockwork. The actors make this compelling and the script allows them this freedom.
story
Nia and Dion head to a factory. After a parent dies, a newly inherited property is a great place to escape and grieve. This is also a great environment to repair some relationship bridges that have been burned.
An uninvited guest tampered with the car and the two stars ran into some problems.
figure
Nia is a “colorful” young woman. She plays an important role in the upcoming trio.
Dion seemed shaken by recent events. Things are about to get worse.
The aria is the mystery here. What is her place in all this? Like Nia, she is a multi-layered and multi-colored woman.
everything is fine
individually cast reflective self It’s perfect. Boyers is apt as the girl Dionne tries to reconnect with. Jones displays perfect self-awareness and his character is confused and frightened by everything.
However, Clare really brings the whole thing together in the aria. Clare, who looks a lot like Minnie Driver, gets a change here. It’s her understated seriousness that drives the story.
The camerawork, also done by Richards, is tight and allows for an intimate setting; the mill and surrounding countryside look perfect. One can almost smell the requisite horse brass on the thatched roofs and beams here.
*Or at least smell the tea and muffins. This is pretty much the most English and it works really well * *
reflective self An award-winning film; Best Thriller and Best Director, watching the movie is an experience not to be missed. Richards knocks this out of the metaphorical park.
very similar Heineken It’s a level of enjoyment that touches on parts that other films can only dream of achieving.
behind the camera
Richards wrote the treatments and screenplay himself after writing the book. It will be helpful to be familiar with many of the topics presented here. Having the right team to pull everything together is equally important.

judgment
reflective self It is a cracked film. Three minutes in we encounter the first “incident”, it’s slow paced* but it needs to be. *There’s enough going on that it never drags on.
We give this movie a perfect 5 stars for its originality and delivery of a film that will keep you thinking long after it’s finished. Available on Amazon on December 10th.
Take a look at this. It’s worth taking the time to learn all about it.
