European live music giant Superstruct Entertainment has acquired music platform Boiler Room from independent ticketing company DICE.
British-born ticketing platform DICE acquired British electronic music-focused live streaming platform Boiler Room in 2021, just a week after the platform announced it had raised $122 million in Series C funding.
