Why is a Chicago having pregnancy problems on screen?
Anyone who fits into the triangle of the show knows that pregnancy seldom hangs around for any major character. The problem is often extended to secondary and support roles as well.
One might say that this franchise hero has harsh, stressful work and pregnancy or avoidance is part of it, but in the same situation, real people adapt to them every day.

Stellaride hits a milestone and our expectations are not
Stellaride fans long for the couple to get back on track, synchronize with each other after a series of artificial plot equipment challenges them and focus on the next step in their lives.
To Chicago Fire Season 13 Episode 12, the couple offers the couple something to hope for: a deal to build a family.
It was an inspiring moment, introducing Stella’s cousin/pseudo-brother Cole, and some much-needed background about Stella’s family life and childhood.
When she was a child, she lost two of her parents and moved in with her aunt, then helped her aunt through postpartum depression while also helping raise young children.

Stella played the role of mother early in her life and we’ve seen how she transferred it to other situations like the girl in her Fire Guidance Program.
As long as she desires, she becomes the main reason for motherhood, and it seems that she is ideal in life and wants children with Kelly.
As she shares that she doesn’t want to endure pregnancy, the exciting revelation turns to predictable territory. Stella hopes to pursue adoption and provides the love and support she has discovered and experienced growing up as an adopter.
Stella’s choice to adopt makes sense for her, but it’s frustrating due to the franchise

It’s a thing–for Stella, the arc makes sense. Stella also witnesses with many children and teenagers who may need a loving, stable, supportive family and works with many children and teenagers.
Stella was also at the peak of a firefighter lieutenant, and her pregnancy wreaked havoc on her body and took her out for nearly a year in the wild and career.
If someone is suitable for adoption storyline, it is Stella. The problem, however, is that the Chicago Fire never tried to show the pregnancy arc for one of its main stories.
They all lead to some form of tragedy, if the series introduces children into the equation, it is through adoption.
If Chicago fired, and even Chicago in general had brought us a pregnant role, it would be much easier to take Stella and Kelly’s decision and carry it with you.

For now, one of Chicago’s most iconic couples may take more along the path of family planning. It’s hard to be excited about this development as they renovate the water we see over and over again.
A Chicago Adoption Arc is Redundant
There is nothing wrong with adoption. This has been emphasized by the entire Chicago franchise since its inception.
These adoption stories about screens and so diverse are beautiful, and adopting stories is beneficial for on-screen portrayals and even normalization and verification.
We’ve seen Cruz adopt Javi, Brett chooses to adopt Julia, Casey cares for Ben and Griffin, and Gabby’s attempt to adopt Louie.

The Chicago Fire has caught the eye in the adoption story, and it’s just one series in the franchise.
On the Chicago PD, their attempts to address their parents led to Burgess and Ruzek’s adoption of Macarrara and that’s all.
But a Chicago always loses the ball when it is allowed to thrive in pregnancy. The most successful of the entire franchise was Natalie in Chicago Medicine, and even she faced complications, almost dead and lost Irving.
She also endured pregnancy as a widow, but given that the series was open to pregnant Natalie, it didn’t feel exactly the same as the rest. Pre-match pregnancy brought a shot to Natalie and hasn’t had any show since.
The franchise shows only the pregnancy of the plant

No one else has a chance to fight for pregnancy, as the franchise seems to favor the notion that the more drama surrounding a beloved character with a child, the better.
Whenever the franchise introduces these storylines, these storylines are always the same, which is boring and frustrating. They could hardly rotate this arc for Stella and Kelly.
One has to wonder if there is a real conflict with the character of pregnancy that portrays their respective fields.
Disturbingly, women don’t seem to have room to endure a full pregnancy, have children happily and continue to work.

This means the strikingness of these women, or the inability to do a good job if they are pregnant.
And no one thinks there is a compelling avenue when showing the situation of thousands of medical professionals, firefighters, paramedics and police officers who successfully maintain their careers while having children.
Chicago lacks creativity in exploring family planning arc
When an actress in Chicago expected, a Chicago didn’t even seize any opportunity to write.
Usually, this is a great thing – it can be awful when a series is not suitable for the actress’ pregnancy status.
Also, it is usually fun to see all the creative ways to hide them first.

But when a Chicago chooses to write stories around pregnancy and repeatedly resort to miscarriage and adoption sites, it will make you reconsider any of their preconceived positions to hide.
Above my head, a Chicago-loving character experienced three miscarriages! Every event is more terrifying and heartbreaking than the last one.
A Chicago fixed on a horrible, traumatic miscarriage arc, beloved character causes problems
Gabby’s Infeasible Pregnancy Caused to Cause Abortion During Chicago Fire Season 4 Episode 4, which is devastating. It destroyed her and Casey.
They continued to raise Louis at the end of the season, but they also lost their chances while they were parents. In hindsight, Gaby had to deal with one of her best friends, Shay, miscarriage and loss of Louis, which are both in the range of two seasons.

Meanwhile, April learned that she was pregnant in Chicago’s Med Season Season.
It’s not Ethan, it’s something fans will love, so maybe it’s through the process of learning, without a heartbeat in Chicago Med 2 Season 2 Episode 15, resulting in a miscarriage.
However, the series still chose a miserable end rather than allowing April pregnancy. Most importantly, she and Ethan pursued IVF together, and the whole process made them break up just because of April’s fertility problems and health, which was all bankrupt.
A limited way to refuse to show successful pregnancy in a franchise to tell diverse stories about women

Of course, Kim Burgess is one of the most destructive pregnancy journeys on the entire team.
Her pregnancy with Ruzek is a wonderful way to bring these ex-lovers and close friends back to a certain identity, as Burzek has always been a favorite boat.
It also makes intellectual matters come alive. Voight’s son passed away and his grandson moved, and was very excited about the news.
Atwater seems to be ecstatic about the opportunity to be his best friend’s uncle’s future child.
Trudy and Kim have a special connection to the news.

Although she might have to make modifications, that didn’t stop Burgess from getting the job done.
However, in Chicago PD Season 7 Episode 13, the curse of Chicago pregnancy was attacked again, when Kim suffered a miscarriage after one of the most terrifying assaults shown to date in the series.
Chicago Fires May Avoid Stella’s Chicago Curse, but Pregnancy Arc Still a Franchise Trap
It was so unnecessary violence and shock that I even reminded me of this incident. King’s attack was cruel and sick, so he was merciless at her miscarriage.
Kim Jong Il’s miscarriage is disturbing, which is too far for these franchises, the trauma they cause to female characters, not to mention specific issues regarding pregnancy and birth.

Perhaps the silvery line of direct target adopted by Stella is that we can avoid repeated cruel, traumatic and miserable pregnancy again.
That said, a Chicago has an unsettling precedent on this issue, which is like frustratingly old. What deals are there?
