2024 British Comedy/Horror get away Proof festivals, even foreign festivals, can be murder. This is a bit similar to a low-budget movie low. A fun day turned into serial murder, aka S.A.; for the murderous family in murder cases, it was a “family entertainment day”. get away The path will also be switched midway through the movie.
story
An innocent British family went to a Swedish island to observe their festival. “Play the game” (it’s not a game!”) was eight hours long and long ago involved betrayal and full massacre in England. What they are unknown is that they are on the menu because those villagers long ago were local. The British government starved to death and resorted to cohabitants.
As it turns out, the villagers were very surprised.

Get rid of the killing
Spoiler alert! While the villagers seem to be trying to kill and eat tourists, the British family actually starts killing the Swedes. (f*cking vegetables.”) Richard, Susan and the children systematically began murdering villagers at the end of the festival.
But, we learn that they have been killing all the Swedes who come into contact with them. As Richard said, “This is your killing.”
it works
Surprisingly, it all works. Judging from the first scene, British families seem strange. It turns out there is a reason for this. Everyone is playing a role except Susan and Richard.
get away Excellent performance as an ensemble film. Anyway, the real surprise is that the comedians are doing well here. I know from many of her appearances she is on English TV shows like QI. She was funny, but not the one I had with the show.
But the girl was chopped.
Nick Frost does anything he works with false credibility. Is he in Sean the Dead Or Ron Attack blockwe feel a certain truth in his performance.
Jessie earned some big honors here.
Behind the camera
Written by Nick Frost and directed by Steffen Haars, photography is attributed to Joris Kerbosch and edited by Brian Ent ; get away Looks good. However, there are some problems with the battle/death choreography and things seem a bit hasty. The knife is too far from the throat to cut anything. Look at you.
These questions don’t ruin the dark humor movies, they’re just jars.
judgment
get away It is a 3.5-star movie. Nothing special, but it’s smart in its own way. I love it, mainly because of the Nick Frost/Aisling Bea pairing, and also because of its “bloody” twisted midway. It is streamed on Shudder via AMC+. Check it out and see what you think.
