If there is any show that can do neuropsychiatry behind psychiatry, that is unreasonable.
“Psychologically ill” is one of the buzzwords that lose all meaning in most of the television world, and most of the shows use it to enhance stereotypes about mental illness and violence.
Irrational Season 2 Episode 15 helps to remove some of the stereotypes, but the story is so weird that I’m not sure it’s fair.
Irrational Season 2 Episode 15 was initially an interesting case
The beginning of this episode shows a lot of potential.
Kylie firmly believes that the foul is behind the deaths of several people who died while exercising an extreme campaign with the company, and everyone thinks she sees something that doesn’t exist.
Once Marisa begins investigation, a person who works with Ben threatens bad things to happen if she doesn’t give up on the case.
It’s an interesting setup, but somehow, things go away.
Episode 2, Episode 15, teaches Alec without kidnapping the case back to neuroscience principles, but rather conducts the tangent of mental illness.
Alec’s students began to evaluate Ben to see if he met the criteria, rather than anyone focusing on solving the case.
When Ben admits to being a psychopath, he proposes an interesting twist and asks Alec to help discover that the killer has ruined his reputation, though why Alec thinks it is something I don’t understand.
First, Season 26 Episode 15 helps to eliminate stereotypes
It was neat to let Ben admit that he had a disease with the group. Writing this story in this way makes it irrationally different from most shows.
TV usually doesn’t make this mental health disorder correct. Mental ill people on TV are often extremely violent people who have no obvious reason to torture others extreme.
The only performance close to the right is New Amsterdam, a show that recurses in which a child is being treated to make up for her lack of empathy.
The early stages of the story are expected to be more accurate.
Alec sees this as a “prosocially psychopath.”
Although there is a person full of people who insist that it is an ambivalent, it is a real thing.
Prosocial psychopaths are people who lack empathy but ultimately help others with their childbirth behavior.
Such people do not do good because they care about others – they do it for external verification, or because they think it benefits in some way from following altruistic rules.
This is a difficult concept to explain because what we all are deeply rooted in is that psychopaths are people who are violent to others because they have no concept of others feeling pain.
Mental illness is the spectrum like any other mental health problem, so irrational suggestion that not all psychopaths are Ted Bundy great… until they untie it.
Alec should realize that this is a killer in Season 2 Episode 15
Of course, serial killer type mentally ill patients are not bothered by pretending that they are the safer type. ALEC should consider this possibility before working with Ben.
I don’t think he did a better drama, but in retrospect, it’s not entirely credible.
Alec is a world-renowned neuroscientist. He should be aware of all the manifestations of mental illness and how to avoid falling into the trap of dishonest people.
Of course, he is just a human. He proved time and time again that being an expert in the human brain does not mean that he has not suffered from its perception errors.
Nevertheless, even if I don’t expect this twist, the special manifestation of this particular brain fallacy still seems strange and too obvious.
More importantly, everything this plot does to change all the hard work people do to see people who are mentally ill.
Maybe that’s the point. Perhaps the writer does not think there is a prosocial psychopathy.
However, it felt like a disappointment.
Simon’s dilemma is the most interesting part of the story
Throughout the “Dialogue Game”, Simon fears that he may be a psychopath, too. He is said to have some suggestions.
I never had much use for Simon, but it was fun.
That said, solutions to this dilemma are often obvious, and this is no exception. If you worry that you may be a person without empathy and he will hurt others to get what he wants, your fear will refute yourself.
A person without compassion doesn’t have to worry that his lack of empathy will hurt others. So if Simon is worried that he has the power to cause pain to others, it means he has more sympathy than he respects.
Even if he is a prosocial psychopath, he will not truly sympathize with others. So, there is nothing to worry about.
I’m glad that irrationally surrounds this myth, some of which include the stupid idea that the size of your two fingers means anything.
But I’m sorry, Alec is more than hypocritical, telling Simon that Simon joins him is too dangerous.
Kylie stands in front of a speeding train in Season 2 Episode 6 Season 6, not telling Alec to cut extreme risk-seeking behavior?
It’s not his promise to keep a few episodes, so what makes him think anyone will hear a case he’s too dangerous for them?
Simon still didn’t listen, I knew he wouldn’t, but still. That must be the most ridiculous thing that came out of Alec’s mouth.
In you, the irrational fanatic.
