No Doc fanatic has been involved after the ending of the pulse tingling and emotional season.
If you investigated the final moments of Doc Season 1 Episode 10, you’ll know that favorite Jake Heller faces the ultimate blow after witnessing the woman of his beloved ex.
It’s a shocking, devastating development for the one who has by far the most beloved, sweetest characters in the series.

We know that cliff-blocked audiences have put the audience in chaos, which has prompted people to put more words among enthusiastic fans about who should win Amy’s heart.
We are very happy to chase that guy from Jack himself, Jon-Michael Ecker, talking about Jack’s emotional state, Doc’s success, what he hoped for in season 2, and of course the beautiful but complex Jack/Amy romance.
Check it out below!
Congratulations, season 2! In the current climate, the 22 episode update is huge and exciting.
Since you’ve been chatting with TV fanatics, you’ve had the opportunity to see how everyone responds to the series. Are you surprised by how people perform? Why do you think DOC resonates with the audience so much?
No, I won’t say I’m surprised. This is very satisfying. You worked on the project for so long; in this case, we had to wait a few months before it aired. To make it finally aired and all the hard work for the cast, crew, producer and creatives is satisfying. It’s really satisfying to just see people really responding to it.
Sometimes, you don’t know much about the rhyme or reason that certain shows are hit by the audience and some shows don’t have. We all think we’re doing season two and will be back there soon.

Whenever I try to describe Doc, I say it’s a medical drama, but all the characters have a lot of heart and humanity. This is very driven. Is that something that attracts you to the role?
Yes. I didn’t have much experience watching medical dramas before the show. Then, I looked into some types of ideas.
However, I would definitely be surprised to read the first episode and then after further episodes, these personal and professional relationships have been around throughout the season.
Not only these weekly cases. It’s really about the relationship between these different doctors, their family life and what’s going on inside and outside the hospital. I think this is just another level of appeal to the audience.
If you want to see someone’s death case and we can’t figure out why, we know, but we also offer personal dramas for those who prefer those things.

I think Jack is probably a character on DOC that everyone has always liked. He is a perfect person, so the ending is devastating for Jack and Jack fans. They kicked the puppy.
Yes.
Fans really love Jack and this great romance, which is a hub for almost everything. Do you expect people to react so strongly to this? The audience immediately fell in love with Jack and Amy’s love story.
I hope people will really like it and be relevant or respond to it. But I think that on TV, a beautiful love triangle is very attractive.
We love watching all these reality shows and dramas – Love Triangle is full of potential dramas. They work with Omar and Molly, they are just great people and great actors, so it’s great that people really like to watch all the games.

We start to see Amy push Jack away and possibly retreat to the previous version of herself in Emnesia. She’s tying a wall with Jack now, so can you talk a little bit?
From an objective perspective, I absolutely understand the hardships Amy is in, because she has basically lost eight years of memory and life. She said that in an episode where Amy and Michael fell in love with her deeply, it was just a memory two weeks ago.
So, it is understandable that it feels more comfortable in his arms than me. While we get along and make connections, sparks and chemistry, it’s still new, and it’s old, familiar and comfortable, especially when she really seeks this situation, with shelter and comfort and something that feels solid.
I understand, but for Jack, it’s obviously heartbreaking because he loves this guy and thinks she and him are better.

Do you think Jack may regret jumping in too fast after the accident? She doesn’t remember their first relationship and Jack seems to pick it up where they are left.
This is one of the things that quarterbacks have done throughout Monday morning, and when your girlfriend forgets you (like how to do it), there is actually no manual on how to handle the relationship.
I’m sure there are some speculations. Have we done differently? Will it be different in the end? But you know we’re back for 22 episodes. We still don’t know how it will end, so maybe things will work.
I don’t even know if the writer knows where to go at this point, so we don’t know, but yes, this is one of the things that who knows? Tell her, don’t tell her, let her figure it out. Will she wake up one day and let her memories come back? I really don’t know how to deal with this situation.

I’m really curious about where his head would be because he also had a history of infidelity in previous relationships. This seems to be a sensitive topic. After all, will we see the other side of Jack?
He certainly has a sensitivity to infidelity. In the first season, we didn’t have much to do with his ex-wife and with our daughter.
As mentioned earlier, but this is something the writer puts there, so I think it will make it more difficult for him to overcome them together.
Will he be understanding and understand and overcome it? Did she even want him to overcome it? I don’t know, but I’m as curious as everyone else, reading the next script and letting her move on.

The kids call it “collapse”, so I’m looking forward to seeing Jack a little annoyed. Everyone was messy, Jack was the port in the storm. Sometimes he is also allowed to be a messy person.
Yes, he was a little too controllable. That would be a nice change.
Of course, there are Sonya components here. It reminded me of my best friend’s wedding, “He is following her and you are chasing him, but no one is chasing you!”
How does this relationship develop? He and Sonia were also in a painful position after the ending.
I don’t even think Jack doesn’t even realize how Sonia feels about him, so I don’t know. Based on what happened between him and Amy, maybe he started to open his eyes to that relationship, to see something there, or just something bounced back.
I don’t think he noticed him. It was almost like a little sister in his eyes. Will it always be like that, or will he see her with a different perspective one day? I have no idea. There are many different doors to open here.

I know you don’t know what stores will be next season, but do you have your own wishlist for character exploration that you want to see?
I try not to be confident in the writer where the character goes. They did a great job in season one and have been doing it for a while.
They know how to flesh out and draw the season, which will be a cohesive story along with all the other storylines.
I just believe they know what works best for the audience, but I think, as the audience, or at least a bit biased towards Jack, I’m curious to see more of his relationship with his ex-wife and daughter, bringing it into the mix, not just mentioning it in the pass. That would be good.
exist [Doc Season 1 Episode 8]I worked with a great young actress but never worked with kids before. I’m curious if I’d have my daughter in season 2. That might be interesting. I have two young daughters now, so it would be fun to work with my acting daughter.

I keep hearing about how everyone gets along on the screen. So, there are other updates on the show, are you looking forward to exploring next season? Do you want to use more specific characters?
I don’t know if there will be more characters in season 2. We have a situation with Sonya and Omar, so how to deal with it? This relationship will get more confusing, but we still need to be professional, so it will be fun.
Then I didn’t cross too much road with Amirah and then I did some with Patrick and it was great. I can see more interactions with him head-on because his character is tenacious and because his character is sprinting, so I can see something different happening there, but, yes, I don’t know. I would love to receive these plots!
