“This was supposed to be MY fairy tale!” KVN Production has launched their main official trailer, running almost 5 minutes in total, for the Indian action film titled Toxic, also titled in full Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups, made by director Geetu Mohandas. This movie hits theaters in India later this month which is why we’re finally getting this trailer (aftertwo teasers before). Toxic as an action-thriller set in Goa during the early 1940s through the 1970s. An epic story of dominance and brutality. It is about the transformation of a man who builds up a criminal empire amid a backdrop of decaying colonialism as well as the ascent of the local crime syndicates. Set in a bygone era, this gripping tale unfolds along the coastal paradise of Goa, where a powerful drug cartel pulls the strings behind a facade of sun-soaked beaches and vibrant culture. A mobster movie from the 20th century. Filmed in both Kannada and English. Yash stars in this along with Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Rukmini Vasanth. This main trailer covers so much more of the story, introducing so many characters and the main locations, including a lot of time spent at this carnival. Extreme style and packed with non-stop action. This is one of the most violent trailers I have ever seen, it’s non-stop brutality and gore galore. Just watch out! Definitely not for everyone.
