Screen Junkies has released a fun new honest trailer for the classic 1977 animated film hobbit From Rankin/Bath.
There’s a lot to laugh at about this movie, but no matter how weird and story-problematic the movie is, I still love it!
This honest trailer was released shortly after it was announced that the film would be set to hit theaters in Max. The film tells the story of Bilbo Baggins, a reluctant hobbit who becomes involved with a group of dwarves led by the wizard Gandalf and Thorin Oakenshield An adventure trip.
Their journey will take them through dangerous landscapes filled with trolls, goblins, and giant spiders as they attempt to reclaim the dwarves’ home and treasure from the fearsome dragon Smaug.
Along the way, Bilbo discovers his own courage and ingenuity with the help of a magic ring he receives from the mysterious creature Gollum.
