Angela Aguilar is blocking out the noise surrounding her whirlwind marriage to Christian Nodal.
In a recent interview with ABC News, the 21-year-old Latin music star addressed the rumors surrounding their romance this summer, when the couple tied the knot in July at the age of 25 Two months after her marriage, Nodar announced her breakup with Argentinian rapper Cazu, with whom she has a baby daughter.
“I really feel like I don’t have to explain anything to anybody,” Aguilar told ABC News. rolling stones Thursday (October 17). “I think people were villainized, people were portrayed badly. I think they didn’t put our characters where they were supposed to be. They didn’t even know five percent of the story they wanted to tell, but this That’s okay. Because that’s what’s being sold.
The “La llorona” singer’s relationship with Nodal certainly left fans with questions. The two artists have known each other for years, having toured with Angela’s father, Pepe Aguilar, in 2018 and collaborating on “Dime Cómo Quieras” in 2020. The news came within a week of Nodal’s release. At the end of July, they got married.
Kazu expressed her feelings on the matter in June, telling fans on Instagram: “Life is not entirely beautiful, nor is it entirely terrible, and people are not entirely 100% good or bad… Now let’s turn the page. Get past this page and let us live together and let others live.
Four months later, Angela told ABC News, “All parties are united.”
“We’re all in this together and no one’s heart is broken,” she added, seemingly alluding to Kazoo. “We have a sense of awareness. We are okay, we are happy, we are adults. We know how to handle this situation. What you see on social media is not what it is.
