September 28th is a sad day for soap opera fans. Drake Hogestyn of “Days of Our Lives” has died just one day shy of his 71st birthday. I’m shocked by this news. For as long as I can remember, Hogestine has been John Black to Deidre Hall’s Marlena Ivins.
