Led by two singles, “CLICK CLAK” and “DRIP,” the tracks make clear BABYMONSTER’s intentions for world domination through a multi-layered approach to language and genre: “CLICK CLAK” is an English rap cut that, even for the group’s prowess The singers also proved they can spit, and “DRIP” is a tight and powerful K-pop that blends dance music, hip-hop, EDM and powerful pop. G-Dragon (who also recently returned to the K-pop scene) co-produced the latter and adds another level of sophistication and excitement that marks a major co-sign from one of K-pop’s most iconic figures.
Both singles are accompanied by music videos released this week, with “CLIK CLACK” having been viewed more than 24 million times since its release on Wednesday (October 30), while “DRIP” has been viewed less than 24 times since its debut The number of times has reached 14 million times.
