The ending of “Blue Bloods” would have been difficult enough without the recurring characters that I didn’t like.
Sadly, spoilers for Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 12 follow last week’s annoying visit from the Archbishop, with Frank once again coming head-to-head with Mayor Chase.
This won’t be Chase’s last appearance, as spoilers for the finale say Frank goes on a mission to help protect the mayor from bad guys, but hopefully this is the last time Frank will run afoul of this particular mayor.
‘Blue Bloods’ Season 14 Episode 12 Spoilers, A Retired Cop Is Jailed
Frank’s problem with the mayor this time is that he wants to free a retired police officer.
This is what Frank and most mayors do, especially this one. Frank is an upright man who doesn’t want police officers to receive special treatment, especially those who break the law.
Frank is right, police officers should be treated like everyone else. He constantly leads by example and doesn’t give his sons special treatment when they mess up at work.
Unfortunately, Chase doesn’t think so. In his mind, Frank was nothing more than a contrarian who opposed everything Chase wanted to do.
The two seemed to come to some understanding at the start of the season, although I don’t think Frank should have caved by not attending Chase’s press conference.
Now they are back on opposite sides, but some form of reconciliation must occur before Frank can carry out his final mission.
Spoilers for Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 12 don’t give us much more information about the story, but I’m curious to see if this cop has appeared on the show before.
Frank has had to make heartbreaking decisions to punish or arrest rogue cops before, and he’s also encountered some retired cops who have done stupid things.
It would make sense to bring back cops from previous storylines in the final season so viewers can get closure.
However, this police procedural has been going on for many years and I have forgotten a lot of what happened before, so even if the person is from a previous episode, he may not be able to recognize it.
Danny cooperates with British investigators
Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 12 spoilers predict an interesting case for Danny.
Whenever he gets to work with guest actors, it takes an already high-quality series to the next level.
Lyle Lovett’s two cameos are fun, and there are some plot twists where Danny must work with the criminals he captures to get a bigger fish.
This time, Danny will team up with a British investigator to track down a deadly international fugitive.
I’ve been hoping for a crossover between Blue Bloods and Law & Order: Organized Crime so that Danny could do something like that with Elliot Stabler, but since that’s never going to happen, I Will use this person as a substitute.
While Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 12 spoilers don’t say so, I wonder if the fugitive they’re chasing is Carlo Ramirez.
In Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 11, Ramirez escaped in a helicopter after letting his young daughter go, and it was unusual for Blue Bloods to have this be the end of the story.
Ramirez will likely return at some point before the series ends, so Danny and his new friends might as well find him now and end it all.
Sadly, Baez is usually sidelined when Danny does these types of episodes, which makes it harder to develop their relationship further.
Plus, she complements Danny so well and is easily the best partner he’s ever had, so I always miss her when she’s not in the story.
Jamie’s latest undercover mission involves a gambling website
Jamie looks good in the suit and his case sounds interesting.
According to Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 12 spoilers, Jamie is tasked with investigating a gambling website that is suspected of defrauding users.
These types of websites and apps are all too common these days.
I can’t play a mobile game without three or four pop-up ads, as these apps supposedly charge users to play games, and there are apps that allow users to play poker and other games online to earn real money. money.
Jamie investigating such sites is an interesting twist on the usual TV tropes about illegal gambling.
This story doesn’t sound like one about illegal bookmakers threatening customers who don’t pay or police officers with gambling problems. Instead, it was a good, old-fashioned Bunko investigation into an alleged enterprise that was cheating people.
This sounds much lower risk than the last time Jamie went undercover in a sex trafficking operation, but some con men can get violent.
This storyline also reminded me of when Henry helped his neighbor because she was the victim of a scam targeting seniors.
Stopping scammers may not be the flashiest police work, but it’s an important public service.
Blue Bloods Season 14 Episode 12 Spoilers Reveal Crawford Is Back
Crawford, in case you forgot, is Erin’s boss, and he generally thinks that Erin can’t do anything right.
I have no idea where Erin was when she was accused of jury tampering. Thankfully, she kept her two cents on that story.
However, there is another reason for Crawford this time around, and that is that I would never play with him if I had the choice.
She is pressuring Erin to sue a police officer when Erin may not have the evidence to do so or she would.
Crawford deserves credit for standing up to Mayor Chase, but you can’t just snap your fingers and sue someone because it looks good politically.
As an experienced prosecutor, she should know this, but it sounds like she doesn’t.
Could this be another character returning only for the final episode? I don’t need her to be involved in the summary of the series.
