Singapore-based music industry company Catic Music Group has made two key leadership appointments across its divisions.
David Nanler Promoted to Managing Director vista instrumentsalthough Jon Barr join in Orchestra Lab Technologies, Inc. Served as senior consultant for artist and record company services.
Barr brings a wealth of industry experience to his new role. He previously served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for downtown music holdingshe has worked with companies like CD baby and leakage. Before that, he had been in ASCAPpromoted to senior director of marketing and communications.
In his new role, Bahr will direct BandLab’s growing suite of artist services, including licensing, distribution, publishing and industry partnerships.
Barr and Ler will report to Caldecott Music CEO Guo Mengru.

Concurrently, Le will be promoted from his position as general manager of Vista Musical Instruments. He began his career with the Vista Musical label Li Rui When Robert Kuok first came to power. At Vista, Le held various positions including category management, purchasing and product development.
Le played a key role in relaunching the guitar brand harmonious and manage acquisitions mononucleosis and heritage guitar. Caldecott Music said that in his new role, Le will collaborate on higher-level strategies and cross-group initiatives.
