Due to the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles, the 2025 Calibash concert has been rescheduled.
The event, originally scheduled to take place on Saturday (January 18) at Crypto.com Arena and hosted by SBS Los Angeles, Mega 96.3FM and 97.9FM La Raza, has now taken place on Friday, March 7. Including Maluma, Wisin, Xavi, Manuel Turiso, Emilia, Capo and Alex Sensation.
“The devastation experienced by our Los Angeles community resonates deeply with all of us at Mega 96.3FM,” the radio station said in an Instagram post on Tuesday (Jan. 14). “This decision was not easy, but we recognize the need to focus on the well-being of our community during these difficult times. Stay safe.
The organizer will also donate to Los Angeles wildfire relief. In the past week, 24 people have died in the city, nearly 100,000 people have been under evacuation orders and more than 12,000 buildings have been destroyed.
“In addition to our immediate community relief efforts, SBS will use a portion of Calibash proceeds to further assist and support those affected by the disaster,” an official press release stated. “We are committed to making a positive impact and helping our neighbors in need rebuild their lives. ”
All tickets purchased on January 18th will be valid for the new date of March 7th.
