Oscar-winning Ukrainian-Russian war documentary Mariupol 20 days Films from Frontline, PBS and AP won awards in two categories at the Grierson Trust’s 2024 British Documentary Awards on Wednesday night.
The awards ceremony, held in association with All3Media at London’s Roundhouse arts and music venue, saw Channel 4 take home the most awards with five, followed by the BBC and Netflix with three and two awards respectively.

In addition to the Programming Award, this year’s Grierson Trustee Award was awarded to British journalist Stacey Dooley for her BBC Three social documentaries about child labor and women in developing countries. famous.
