I will keep you updated. We’re going to talk a little bit about grant season. Grant’s season premiere is two weeks away. I have a Blake Lively story that has absolutely nothing to do with Justin. But there are people online who think it is, and they’ve been shot down. I’ll also talk about Aubrey Plaza and the death of her husband, which led to her deleting Instagram and a few other stories.
We’ll get to all that shortly. I do want to start with this. It’s not been mentioned publicly, but we are slowly approaching capacity for this year’s fan appreciation party on May 31st, which is also double the size of my 50th birthday party. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t spots available.
Possibly, what I want to do might be to open up more locations, but I probably won’t know for a few weeks. So, there are a few left, I’m talking less than 10 right now. I’m just, I’m glad that a lot of you want to come to this party. I was amazed that we sold out in less than a month and the only promotion was people listening to my podcast.
Because I haven’t put it on my social media yet. I haven’t written a column yet. There is no place left there. So I appreciate everyone on the RSVP list, but I’m currently at less than 10 spots, so this can be done within an hour of you listening to this today. So if you’re interested, you’ll most likely have to wait.
Let’s see if we can open up more spots. I don’t know yet that I want it, because it seems like the demand is there. Just if you heard me on Dave Neal’s podcast. You already know how much this party cost me this year, twice as much as any party in the past. I’m not complaining. I did it all myself because hey, you only turn 50 once, right?
And, but it’s like, okay, how much am I willing to spend on this party? I’ve spent a lot of money. So, I just have to think about working with my advertising team and there may be more openings, but I currently have less than 10. So please keep this in mind.

Because it all depends on first come first served. I’ve never, this, this, this is not just, oh, this is just for friends and family that I know.
This is first come first served. Yes, this year, I did have more friends and family come to this year’s party than in previous seasons. Typically, let’s see, only a few years. It’s my mom and niece, and maybe a couple this year. I know about 30 people who are about to join.
That’s what I mean. I, you know, she was a group of people when I turned down Dave and Tasha, Courtney and Umberto, Stephanie and Jackie, like they were all part of those 30 people. I just need, you know, Rachel Juarez to come this year probably with her husband. That’s what I mean. Like, yes, I’ve had a lot more people come this year, but I’ve also increased the number of people I can bring.
Because this venue has many seats. It’s just a matter of what numbers I can hit that make sense to me. so. If you’re interested, let me know and I’ll tell you one and two if I still have room, and if you can stick around, you know, we’re five months away from this thing. So there’s plenty of time and I’ll let you know if there’s space.
I mentioned judge Rachel Juarez, one of my top judges in the Open, because she’s going to be someone you’re going to be hearing a lot from this week. I don’t know those days yet, but. I may be joining her live on YouTube this week as Clayton’s legal team filed its response to Laura’s legal team’s appeal late Thursday night.
So their brief was released on Thursday night and will go into detail because Rachel didn’t want to go on the court after Laura’s lawyer David Gingras filed an appeal, which was, mid-December ? This is before December 15th, but after December 1st. It’s somewhere around there, maybe number ten, something like that.
But she said there was no need to review his appeal when she hadn’t seen a response from Woodnick, Greg Woodnick, Clayton’s attorneys or his firm. So why don’t we wait until they respond to the appeal, brief the appeal, and then we double-check everything. Well, the appeal brief was released late Thursday.
People were already reporting on it over the weekend. I’ll be covering it this week with Rachel. I don’t know what day we’re doing live, but obviously I’ll let you know. We will discuss both of these issues. She will cover both. She received notes on both documents and we were going to discuss a lot of things.
Gingras and Laura did a one-hour YouTube show over the weekend. Once again they put their foot in their mouth and end up with a complete inconsistency in the story. Will they solve this problem? Never, because that’s not what she does. That’s not what Gingras did. I just, as I told you, the biggest problem with David Gingras is he admitted to me that the people at JFC, the Justice people in Clayton, knew more about this case.
From September 2023 until March 2024, when he takes over. Like he knows everything. So it doesn’t make any sense. You have to take some L’s on something if you admit they knew better, they keep proving him wrong on social media but then he just avoids doing it because all he claims to care about is winning the appeal, This is good.
I have no problem with David Gingras’ position. Hey, the JFC crew is only focused on the past. I’m focused on winning the appeal and moving on. It’s good to take that position, but at the same time, you can’t claim to know what happened between September and March, when you took on the case, between September 2023 and March 2024.
This doesn’t make any sense at all. When he goes live, like he did with Laura over the weekend, the inconsistencies in her story are proven, like, this is exactly what we’re talking about. It doesn’t matter. If you don’t want to talk about Joint Forces Command and what they have proven. Because you are not involved in this case.
That’s totally fine, but that doesn’t mean you can ignore what they found and the things and inconsistencies they demonstrated over and over again, and if you don’t understand the situation, even though you probably should, you’re hers Lawyer, but that’s neither here nor there. It’s totally fine if you don’t know the situation, but don’t sit here and say people are wrong or they don’t know what they’re talking about when clearly you don’t know what you’re talking about. .
You are a great lawyer. You probably broke your arm by patting yourself on the back so many times telling us what a great lawyer you are and how great you are in Arizona. We get it. You say that every time you take off. But the thing is, there’s something about this case that either you don’t know, or you don’t want to know, or you’re just plain wrong, and it all happened before you took it on, and that’s the answer we want, which is why I originally asked Talk to him because I think he wants to fix this but then he gets stuck in the mindset that they only care about the past.
JFC only cares about the past. They are losers and I only think about the present and the future and what will happen in the future. Like, okay, then there’s no point talking to you, but there’s definitely a point about you in what you say on your YouTube channel.
I’m allowed to say it again. So we’re going to discuss all of these issues with Rachel Juarez, who is also a family attorney. I think you’ll see that while he does a lot of things in the film and he claims he’s 100 percent right, there’s a lot more gray area than he seems.
That’s where Rachel steps in, lets it go, and says, look, when he says that, what he’s missing is this. I’m not going to sit here and try to say I understand the law. I have no idea. I would never say that. That’s why I hired a family law attorney. So there will be a lot to discuss this week.
Not to mention, this week we also have Laura discussing the Blake Lively-Justin Baldoni case. She has some thoughts on Rachel Lindsay, Brian’s separate divorce, which apparently made news last weekend when the divorce was finalized. So, there’s a lot to do with Rachel this week.
