The Daily Roundup you’re listening to is part of the Reality Steve Podcast. I’m your host, Reality Steve. Thank you all for watching this Wednesday. I’ve got another update about a Vegas party. I need to get a message out to people. I’ll also tell you what’s going to happen later today.
Last night we were going to talk about the island of Deal or No Deal. I have a question now about what exactly this show is trying to achieve. Jessica Simpson is divorcing husband Eric Johnson. I have an update on the fires in Southern California. We’ll get to all that shortly.
So I wanted to mention this a few days ago. I said, look, yesterday I had less than 10 places. I came out and said that I no longer had a spot. I was betrayed, but that doesn’t mean I will always be betrayed. I might. There are opening points. I just said, hey, if you’re interested, send me an email and let me know.
However, some of you have sent me emails with flight confirmations or hotel confirmations. All I’m saying is, I mean, there’s a good chance I’m going to open up the space and put anyone who sends me something on a waiting list. Now all you have to do is tell me you want to be on the waitlist, just send me an email.
Don’t book anything because if I can’t add a location then I’m assuming you’ve already booked a hotel. I think for hotel bookings, you can get a full refund, but I don’t know if you’ve purchased a ticket and you haven’t confirmed attending the party. I won’t buy anything until I say I have space now.
And then I’ll make a list of everyone who’s on the wait list and say, okay, you’ve emailed me. I have no space left. Now I know. And then we go from there. To get confirmation, you must send flight information or hotel reservations. Or if you’re in Vegas, just, you know, promise me you won’t break down.
So we got, I didn’t count how many people, but I think at least 10 emails saying they wanted to be on the waiting list. I don’t think any of them are soloists. So we’re looking for at least 20. There are currently 25 people on the waiting list. So if you’re interested in coming, like I said, it’s first come, first served and everyone has RSVPed.
When they heard I was broadcasting it on the podcast, they emailed me within the past three weeks. So obviously I thought, I’ll try to open up as many spots as I can, but I can only have a certain amount before I pay. It was too much money for this party. So, this is more than I’ve ever paid for any party in the past because it’s going to be the most expensive in terms of the number of people and the venue itself.
They even gave me a venue deal, but it was still two and a half times more than I would have paid for a party. So, yeah, I don’t mind if you say, Hey, I know you’re running out of room. I want to join the waiting list. Just don’t buy anything right now because I don’t know if I’ll be able to add locations.
Maybe, I come back a few days or a week later and say, that’s it. If you do not receive my confirmation then unfortunately you will not be able to attend this year’s party as I will be eliminated. So I just wanted to mention this to anyone who is interested. If you’re interested, please email me the real-life Steve, Steve.
com and say, I can be on the waiting list, then tell me where you are from and tell me the name of everyone who will come and I will put you in my email folder and then if there is a spot, I’m just going in chronological order of when I get these emails and then it becomes, okay, now book your stuff and that’s confirmation that you’re at the party.
Later today it will be three o’clock central time. Eastern time today, I’ll be doing a live broadcast with Rachel Juarez on my YouTube channel. Finally, we will discuss the appeals from Laura Owens’ attorneys, David Gingras, and Clayton’s attorneys. Greg Woodnick, Inc., we’re going to talk about it all.
Well, I said, we’ll talk about it all. She did most of the talking, because obviously I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know the law, but we will receive portions of the appeal brief filed by Woodnick’s team in David Gingras’s appeal. We’ll have these on the screen and she’ll read through them and give her thoughts on everything, and I think it’s just a very different approach, probably different than some of the other things because when David Gingras ( David Gingras) talking about the appeal he filed, you know when you listen to him, he makes it seem like I know everything and no one else knows anything about Arizona law and that’s why I’m going to win.
Because I have video footage of Davis Gingras saying, “We’re confident in our draw, we’re confident in our side, and I, you know, I want us to win.” He’s not talking about hope, he’s not talking about confidence, he’s saying that they will win. He has said this many times, and I have the video. It’s probably unwise to say you don’t even though you’re very confident you think you’re going to win you never said we’re going to win it’s just not it’s not the number one karma it’s just how do you know you’re going to win?
You know, you don’t want to think you have confidence. He didn’t use any of those words, so what we’re going to do is when David Gingras goes over the briefing that Woodnick put out last Friday. You know, again, he makes it look like, well, this case that they’re citing is irrelevant or irrelevant.
This is a wrong ruling. You know, today we’re going to talk about all of this with Rachel. So four o’clock Eastern time. At three o’clock, the central mountain is the Pacific Ocean. I know some of you may be working. It doesn’t matter. Even when we’re done, it’s going to be in the video on my YouTube channel, Reality, Steve 24, but I just wanted to put it out there and yeah, I’m recording live with Rachel today.

What does she think about David Gingras’ appeal, what does she think about Woodnick’s brief, and in return, where do we go from here, obviously David Gingras has The final say on where he can respond will then likely be decided sometime in 2025 after a couple of months of verbal arguments.

87 pages, and Woodnicks I think was 63 pages or something like that. You’re like, that’s it. Rachel will break it down into the important parts you need to know, what Gingras wrote and his position is that he is appealing the decision of Judge Matta which awarded Clayton $150,000 Sanction fee, you’ll see Woodnick’s response to David Gingras’ appeal.
Of course not, let’s cite these cases. The bottom line is, if you’ve heard other people talk about it, everyone has made a video, people have reported on it, Dave has talked about it. Omar has spoken about this. Laura Knighty talks about this. The overlapping, overwhelming response was that what Gingras was doing was a red herring.
He keeps you focused on something that takes you away from the real subject at hand. I think this would be Rachel’s position. But we’ll explain in detail what she means and what she thinks Gingras is doing in all of this. So it looks like, it’s going to be a really fun and informative podcast or YouTube live show or whatever.
