The Daily Roundup you’re listening to is part of the Reality Steve Podcast. I’m your host, Reality Steve. Thank you all for watching this Wednesday. Get the latest updates tomorrow. This may be different than what you are used to. Kind of, just a little later.
I’ll talk about this. We’re going to talk about Grant’s season of The Bachelor. Dancing with the Stars last night. Our girl Jen was eliminated. We’re going to discuss the ending of Love Is Blind that happens today. I thought it would be released at three in the morning Eastern time. No.
It didn’t come until tonight. So that gives me the finale of Survivor The Bachelorette and Love Is Blind. I have to watch it tonight. These will all be discussed in tomorrow’s show. The challenge may have to be postponed to this weekend. and. I don’t want this podcast to be a movie review, but when I was talking about “Woman Now” yesterday, I thought, well, I might as well check it out.
I watched it yesterday and I have some thoughts on it, which I’m going to talk about on the podcast today and we’ll talk about all of that later. So let’s start with this. Tomorrow’s podcast is Weekly Podcast No. 4 No. 15. However, she was in trouble today because she couldn’t record today.
We’ll record it on Thursday morning. So I’ll be posting on Thursday afternoon. I guess I recorded it at noon. My time was noon central time and I could probably get an hour, maybe 90 minutes out of her. I need to upload everything, label everything, etc. I think it will go up at 4pm.
rice. Eastern time tomorrow. I’ll keep you updated, but please look forward to this. I don’t want to postpone it until Friday. You’ll still get the daily roundup at 6, uh, 7:30 a.m. Eastern time. You can still play sports every day at 8:08:30 a.m. ET. The weekly podcast will not air at the normal 9:15am time.
rice. Eastern time because I won’t be recording it then. I don’t want to postpone it until Friday. I’d rather finish it and publish it later in the day. So you might have to wait five to six hours longer than usual, but I expect it to arrive tomorrow at 4 PM Eastern time. We’re recording it.
We record at 1pm Eastern time. Yes. Noon is my time. So we’re recording time at noon. It takes about an hour, an hour and a half. And then let me go through everything, label it, all that stuff, get it. I’ll, um, I’ll let you know, but that’s expected around four o’clock Eastern time tomorrow. Now I don’t know the exact date.
I was just looking at the funding shoot schedule and knew that the third overnight date was last Friday, which meant the final three-row ceremony was on Saturday. This usually means meeting the parents. Sometimes they meet their parents within two days. Sometimes they can do it in a day.
Obviously, I didn’t know this during the filming. So if they do it in two days, it looks like the final rose ceremony will be tomorrow, but the final rose ceremony of the appropriations season could also be today. Obviously when they eliminate the third person, whoever finishes third this season wins.
Stay there until all filming is over. So I don’t know who’s healthy between Juliana Latia and Zoe, who’s coming in third, whether the final rose ceremony is today or tomorrow. Obviously, I know I keep repeating myself when I say this, but not everyone listens to every podcast. So I have to tell you, I’ll probably find out in three days.
Who Grant chose. I’ll probably know in three weeks. I might find out in three months. I have no idea. Every season is different. I have no idea. When I found that out, I gave you everything this season gave you. All spoilers for this season come from me.
So I don’t worry about other things. Anyone can say, when the game is reduced to three people, I think so-and-so is going to win, or I’m going to report that so-and-so wins. You have a 33% chance of being right. Like I don’t care what anyone else says or does on this matter. So I’ll let you know how Jen’s season goes when I find out.
You know she got engaged to Devon two weeks after the final rose ceremony. It happened on May 16th. I posted about her engagement to Devin on her birthday, May 31st, without any advertising. It’s even airing this season and you’ve got everything laid out episode by episode. Spoilers are prepared for you before the trailer airs.
This is The Bachelorette. It may be different for bachelors. I have no idea. I have lots of stuff for bachelors. I told you this last week when we discussed this issue. I know the 18 women who went into episode two. I’m pretty sure I know it started with 25 women. So I could do an elimination process and identify who the seven women who were eliminated the first night were.
I know these 10 ladies. We all know the 10 women who arrived in Madrid. So episodes two and three, we know they went from 18 to 10 episodes. But I know who’s going home in Madrid, I know who’s going home in Scotland, we know that Dina was eliminated in the final four.
So what I’m really trying to figure out right now is three, two, one, and who went home in episodes two and three, in what order, because I know the eight people who went home. Because I know the 18 in episode two, and I know the 10 in Madrid. So we just need to figure out, I need to figure out who goes home in episode two and who goes home in episode three.
So, other than dates, there isn’t much to fill in this season. I also do know some, uh, one-on-one dates. So, you know, Grant had only done five episodes before. Home date. We know this. So yeah, just be patient. I’ll let you know. Once I found out about Dancing with the Stars last night, you know, Dancing with the Stars has gotten a lot of attention in the media over the past few weeks, you know?
This is a given as everyone gets the same score. Basically no one gets nine. They haven’t hit 10 all season and here we are this week. What seven? I think that’s the latest they have to wait before letting anyone get 10 copies.
You saw this coming, maybe you, maybe not. I did it. I saw it a mile away. The show is very aware of what the public thinks of them. The judges are very aware because you have former professional dancers. Lindsay Arnold took to social media to talk about the fact that she couldn’t believe the 10 points hadn’t been handed out yet.
She didn’t understand why some teams had the same score as other teams, while other teams had much different scores. It’s not that great, but you’re like, I watched these two dances. Neither dance deserves 27 points. They get all nines or something like that, you know?
So I know, one, we’re going to score ten points last night, and two, we’re going to score some points that we haven’t seen yet. Most were in tens, and Carrie Ann was very generous in giving away tens. But when we see. Breaking it down, we see the bottom three, but not necessarily.
We know it’s not, that doesn’t mean it’s in the bottom three. This means the final three are still standing and no one has been eliminated yet. The last three people standing were Chandler, Jen, and Steven, and I knew Jen was gone. There’s no explanation other than that she clearly has no fan base since she’s one hundred percent one of the top four dancers on the show.
Yes. Her not making it to the final six just means she doesn’t have a fan base, and unfortunately, The Bachelor fan base. Obviously, there seems to be more unity around Joey, or maybe two Bachelor contestants hurt Jen, and maybe that hurts Joey moving forward. Although you can vote for both. I can still give both a 10.
I only have 10 votes each. I, this, this doesn’t really help this fan base’s claims of racism, because yeah, let’s just leave it at that. This fan base is very, very, and I don’t mean the Bachelor fan base. I’m talking about dancing with a celebrity fan base because I know it’s not a competition about who is the best dancer.
I know it very well. I’ve watched every season of this show. It has nothing to do with how good you are as a dancer. Jen was the top four dancers on the show and that was it, end of story. It depends on popularity, likability, and where the fan base comes from. For whatever reason, Jen doesn’t have a bigger fan base than Alona Mar, whose name no one could name before last summer.
