We’re heading into the weekend, and unfortunately there’s a bad report coming out of the Dancing With the Stars world. We’re going to talk about last night’s episode of Big Brother, everything Tommy and I talked about on yesterday’s podcast number four number six.
It finally came true. We will also discuss the challenges. Yesterday I finally got around to watching a live update from my YouTube channel. We’ll get to all that shortly. I want to start with this. I won’t be doing a live broadcast tonight, and I won’t be doing a live broadcast next week.
When I get back from my trip next week. Due to the new schedule, what’s going on, and the start of football season, I will be re-evaluating how many live streams to do each week or month and the specific days of the live streams. I have no idea. I don’t know when I’m going to do it.
I have to figure it out. Now that I think about it, I don’t think Friday was a good night to do this. That’s why I’m canceling tonight and I won’t be in town next weekend. So give me a few weeks and I’ll tell you exactly when I’ll do it. More than I thought. Yeah, I don’t know because there are activities almost every day of the week.
No, it’s not just football. I’m just talking about, you know, Tuesday, but that will be during Dancing with the Stars and Monday will be during Monday Night Football. That won’t happen. Wednesday will be the Big Brother Thursday live broadcast of Big Brother Eviction. I wouldn’t do that during that period. And then Friday, again, the question is, do I want to do it on Friday night?
I have to figure it out anyway. I just want to get it out because I don’t know when I’ll be able to do it. And it definitely won’t be tonight, and it won’t be next week. Then, give me a few weeks and I’ll figure out when I want to do it and if it’s a weekly thing.
So, let’s talk about the main story that happened yesterday and some things that I definitely want to get out because the story surrounding Artem is, how do you pronounce his last name? I’m sure I’m butchering it, but the story surrounding him that he was arrested on domestic violence charges, just the story itself and tweeted the two sentences I did, I tweeted a link to the story , I said, it’s very unfortunate because it’s safe to say that his Dancing with the Stars career ended after that.
I, I mean, it’s shocking that some people are saying, I can’t believe you jumped to conclusions about this innocent guy before he was proven guilty. You see, there was no police report. We don’t have the details. We don’t even know who it is, who it is. Domestic violence is against, and there is obviously a 98% chance that it is his wife.
We don’t know. The victim also asked to remain anonymous because the story was too big. There’s no way the entertainment media didn’t know the details of this at some point. I’m sure over the next few days we’ll find out more and more details about what happened and who it happened to, and now I’m not tweeting to say omg everyone destroyed Artyom, But what I did and I’m talking about the Bachelor data, it was put in our weekly story and it said the charge was 273.
California Penal Code § 5. Well, if you look it up, it’s a violation involving domestic violence, specifically this particular section. 273. 5 is an act that causes physical harm to the spouse, cohabitant, fiancé, or parent of the offender’s child. So, I said, look, he wasn’t arrested because he had a verbal argument with someone.
He wasn’t arrested, I mean, they basically arrested him because they had something that caused physical injury. I don’t know if any of you have Googled what bodily injury is and the legal term for bodily injury and what it means. This can include minor or serious injuries such as bruises, broken bones, black eyes, internal bleeding, concussions, lacerations, pulled ligaments, gunshot wounds, head trauma and broken noses.
You take the lightest of the 10 powers I just gave you. This is not good news for him. The reason why I say you can say Dancing with the Stars is over is because I don’t think it’s okay. I don’t think it’s going to end up being, oh, the charges are dropped. They just had a verbal argument. I don’t think so.
Plus, this is a Disney show. They will want to get away from it all. Let’s let it play out in court. But what I want to say is that he was arrested. No, there are rumors. Domestic violence occurred. Someone anonymously posted on the Internet that domestic violence had occurred, and he was involved.
That’s different. There’s a big difference between a rumor posted online by an anonymous poster and police showing up at a home and arresting someone for domestic violence. So he was arrested, domestic violence was attached to his name, and he danced with the star’s family. The Disney family wanted no part of it.
He’s done. Regardless of whether the charges are eventually dropped, he will never appear on that show again. I just don’t think it’s going to happen. I think they’re just going to separate it because now he’s going to be associated with that. They just don’t want any part of it. I didn’t jump down the guy’s throat.
Of course, damn, I don’t want this to be true, but the facts are the facts. That’s why he was arrested. These charges were filed under California Penal Code Section 273.5. If you look it up, this is what I just read to you. That’s not good. This is not positive. I don’t think, you can sit here and I probably understand what people are saying, don’t rush to judgment.
We don’t know yet that those people just don’t want it to be true, but sometimes you have to live in reality. And the reality is, the police arrested him on domestic violence charges and something bad happened. So let’s start there and we’ll see everything goes smoothly. When I talk about Dancing with the Stars and the end of his career, it’s not to dismiss the victim.
We don’t even know who the victims are. We have an idea. perhaps. It’s not far-fetched to think of who he is, but that’s not to ignore them. I say his career on Dancing with the Stars is over. I got some responses back to Who cares about his career? What about the victims? I know this very well. There is no doubt about it.
But I’m not going to talk about the victims because their names haven’t been mentioned yet. I don’t know who it is. So to me, yes, we probably know who he is. That’s not enough for me to suddenly start saying, I hope Nikki is okay, which I do. But I just don’t want to lose the name. I don’t want to throw the name out when we don’t know it.
The victim also asked for confidentiality. So there’s no reason to sit here and start talking about the victims. Of course we feel sorry for any victim of domestic violence, but the title was about Artem. So I’m talking about how this will affect his career. I think he’s done.
It’s just that the timing isn’t good. Now we actually found out. He won’t be on Season 33 Yesterday, the pros were in Los Angeles filming for the next season of Dancing with the Stars. Artyom wasn’t there. He’s in Napa. So that’s where he and his wife live. So he won’t appear in Season 33.
We don’t know any details, and no details have been announced, but because this is such a big story, there’s no way we won’t know the details in the coming days and weeks. Just, I know there are people asking for confidentiality, but there’s going to be a new website that holds the information and they’re going to put it there.
But let’s let the facts speak for themselves. The fact is that he was arrested. It’s not, oh, I heard this happened. Oh, someone posted something on the Internet saying that Artem hit someone. No, no, no, no, no. That won’t work. There’s a reason I haven’t brought it up this season. Because I haven’t seen any physical evidence and I haven’t made any arrests.
Doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I’m just saying that I don’t talk about things I know nothing about other than anonymous people posting on the internet. I hope you can understand this. I’ve been away from it for three months. I tried to contact the people involved. They don’t want to get involved.
So I’m not going to talk about it. sorry. But this is a special case. Arrested for Domestic Violence (California Penal Code Section 273.5). We have some things to dissect. This is not speculation. So over the next few days, I’m sure there’s going to be a lot more released and we’ll be talking more about it as more comes out.
Misfortunes are everywhere. Too bad. We can only hope so. I mean, you could say we’re hoping for the best with this, but what’s the best in this situation? He caused minimal damage. The fact that he caused any damage or caused any harm is not good. So let’s hear some facts first.
But the comment about him losing his job is all I do. He will never be on this show again. Yeah, there’s no way you’re going to connect him to this, you know, you just have to let it be.
