The Daily Roundup you’re listening to is part of the Reality Steve Podcast. I’m your host Reality Steve. Thank you all for watching this Monday. There’s a lot of little things to discuss with you and today’s podcast. We’re going to talk about how YouTube live streaming has slowed down in recent weeks.
So far, the grant season has been sparse. Golden bachelorette. I want to make a note of it. Gotta talk about Big Brother, and spoilers for how the Big Brother case unfolds. You haven’t followed the live broadcast yet. I had an idea for the MTV Dancing with the Stars challenge, and Adelway doubled down on everything.
she said as she exited. Most shockingly, Kristen Cavallari broke up with the boy she dated for seven months. We’ll discuss this later. Some of you have asked me about my Instagram life, which I did every Sunday night when I started them in July. Since I went to Vegas in early September, I’ve only done one thing, and that’s the Devon Exposure, where I showed documents about him.
A restraining order was taken against him while he was in college. When I look at it holistically, I still live life. I just can’t set a day of the week that I will definitely do these things every week. The other thing is, there doesn’t seem to be much going on and I feel like I could be on a live show and be able to do something for 45 minutes to an hour.
There isn’t much to cover. most. I talk about it on the podcast, so I’m going to start living. I just don’t know when, maybe if something happens, I’m not sure yet. I will do it. Now this won’t be a weekly thing because I feel like it’s not happening enough. Yes. Grant’s Season is filming, but when I get nothing, I’m not going to be on set saying, y’all, I’m getting nothing on Grant’s Season.
So you know what I’m talking about? So I will. do them. I just don’t know when it comes to Grant’s season this week, I would tell you who was in the first two group games of the season, but the rose ceremony. The third was last Friday, three days before they started traveling this weekend. You know, they started traveling for two reasons.
First, they usually start traveling after the third episode. Second, Jesse Palmer is not playing in a college football game this weekend. If you watch the start of the game between Oklahoma State and Auburn, you’ll notice that not only is former Bachelor contestant and podcast guest Jordan Rogers replacing Jesse, but narrator Joe Tessito (Joe Tessitore) even said at the beginning of the game that Jesse was doing his other job.
So, if they were still in Los Angeles, Jesse would be at a football game, like he was last weekend. He will take an overnight flight after Friday’s rose ceremony. He could have flown to Auburn overnight and finished the game, but they started traveling, so they’re traveling now and here’s the thing, I don’t know where they are.
At the time this video was recorded, I didn’t know that. Maybe someone will see them, send me a photo, remind me, and let me know where they are. If they do, I’ll obviously let you know, but I don’t know where they’re going. The only two things I’ve heard so far this season are who was on the group date, the first group date of the season, the five-on-five basketball game, and who was on the RNB date, the seven who were on that game female date.
So I don’t know who was the first one-on-one, I just know that I believe two people I knew were at home. One of them was never chosen from the start. They were on the original list but never made it into the cast. So I’ll be discussing all of that this week because I want to hear news about the season.
But again, we only had a week and a half of shooting, you know, they only shot for 11 days, and I know you want to know what happened three seconds after everything happened. This is standard for this course. Sometimes I don’t know anything all season long, but then I bring you the Final Four and the finale.
That’s pretty much the most important thing to me. And then I work my way backwards trying to get all the other stuff, all these dates. Those roses, those knockouts. I may or may not. I’ll never know. I know it was on the first group date, but they had a date. The second rose ceremony was last Monday. Then they have rose ceremonies on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
I don’t know what happened last week. Haven’t heard anything that doesn’t mean I won’t say now and heard nothing, but I know some people have short term memory for this show. Of course. Indeed. So if they are in another country, you have to remember that.
Either it’s a hit or it’s a miss. If they’re in another country now, it comes down to one and someone sees them hanging out and recognizes this as the American version of The Bachelor. Second, they knew to take photos or videos, and third, they knew to post or send them to me. Like three things have to happen for me to know what the hell is going on in another country.
Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn’t. I just never know. So I’ll keep you updated on anything I hear during funding season, Golden Bachelorette. Someone emailed me about some of the other men for this season. What will happen to Charles L., what will happen to Jonathan? The most I can tell you is that all I know about this season is how it ends.
I wrote on my social media that the night of the premiere, my initial winner was wrong, but what I posted on the night of the premiere was absolutely correct. Final Four, Jordan. Pascal guy and chalk. Jordan returns home after a date in his hometown. The last three people headed to Tahiti were Pascal, Chalk, and a guy.
Pascal believed in self-elimination. The last two were Guy and Chuck, and she was with Chuck. The only thing I don’t know is if they are engaged or not engaged, but I have been asked the question when does this person come home or when does this person come home? When will Mark come home? Honestly, I don’t know.
If I had known I would have posted it. The only thing I know is the outcome of the last four games. That’s what I want to give you on opening night. So you have that. Like I said, this is a very different show than The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Yes. It’s in the same mansion. Yes.
Made by the same producer. Yes. The format is the same rose, group date, group date, rose, rose ceremony, eliminations, all that stuff. But if you look at this show and compare it to The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, it’s like night and day. They are not trying to mock their contestants on this show.
They actually complimented their backstories. They actually want to show you some vulnerability on this show rather than calling someone crazy or playing crazy music behind their back when they do or say something. That’s what makes it more interesting. At least that’s how it works for me. That doesn’t mean I won’t cover The Bachelor, The Bachelorette.
Obviously I am, but this show seems more entertaining, which is why I don’t spend a lot of time recapping it because I’m not going to sit here and make fun of our elders. What’s the point? It’s much easier to make fun of a 25 year old because they think they are bigger than themselves and don’t know how to handle social media.
You know, the Sam McKinney situation last season. Like, you’ll never see anyone from The Bachelorette running to social media to talk about their edit, or having their kids go on the internet saying their dad got a bad edit. That’s not going to happen because the show doesn’t really put any of its contestants in a bad light.
One thing I did see though, Pascal’s daughter did come online this past weekend because he posted it on his Instagram. She made a video about her dad basically saying, yeah, my dad was high maintenance because Pascal never did his own laundry or anything like that. But it doesn’t complain about his editor.
That’s not the case. It’s just, yes, that’s my dad, but that’s the way he was raised. When he came to America, I think she said he had 21 or 12 in his pocket. He worked hard for everything he had. Now he owns a very popular salon in Chicago. And that’s just his way of life. That doesn’t mean he’s a bad person, but that’s the way life is as he knows it.
and. So that’s not really a complaint. At least that’s what I think. I don’t think this is a complaint of any kind, but yes, his daughter is very protective of Pascal, as she should be. So that sounds funny, but yeah, you’re not going to have a show making fun of their contestants on The Bachelorette , and you’re not going to have any of these contestants complaining on social media about, oh, this Not shown, this is not shown.
Honestly, it’s a different show. so. If you’re asking, spoilers for who goes home outside of the Final Four, I don’t know. This podcast is brought to you by the way. Everyone has their own type, and your way is yours. Their shampoos and conditioners are designed to suit your hair type.
