This week, Death in heaven;Season 14 Episode 4 shows that a spoon or syringe filled with methanol makes the poison fall off. Although in this case it is a soft drink, a can of sugary foam, that hides the taste and provides a deadly dose.
Before we get into the obvious borrowing of this episode, let’s talk about SEB. That fast learner actually solved the case with his “over-rejection” attitude. As he told Darlene, he would be po to do everything.
Now, let’s talk about borrowing. As stated in the IMDB page trivia section: “The plot of this episode is almost the same as the murder of Andre Morgan (2015) committed by Murven in The Dark. The owner of the rum brewery was murdered to prevent him from selling the company because the victims of the murder believed to have escaped were actually buried inside.”

story
The rum brewery was sold. In the celebration signature, everyone gets a dose of methanol, and only one of them dies. Owner of the brewery. On the comedy side, Mervin gets the Air Scam and Satellite Dishes. DSI Thompson and the locals were shocked.
Meanwhile, at the station back to the station, Seb announced that he was turning over a new leaf and becoming the policeman that everyone would like to want in any situation.

Mystery
The team had to figure out how methanol only got sick, but killed Patrick. SEB helped him mention ice again. Another mystery was discovered, and the team then had to redirect their mindset.
It’s all about the work
Initially, the methanol angle worked very well. But, as another contributor pointed out, methanol was not created in the brewery process Distilled. It is added external components to help create wine.
Despite this setback, and a mysterious mystery of a different season, it is still very clever. Mervin not only borrows the character type, but is a dead personality for Richard, but the plot isn’t smart either.
Still, besides these issues, the new DI is doing what his DSI Thompson suggests. He was slowing down, smelling the roses and absorbing the lifestyle of his late mother.

Death in heaven This week is also a victory for SEB. He will never be a pineapple boy again. We also believe that Di Wilson will never disrespect the team’s junior police officers. The show is shaking in its originality. Running will do this for 14 seasons. However, they still sit 4.5 stars.
