Action/comedy/thriller for 2024 Don’t mess with grandmaalso known as: Sunset Superman Just simple stupidity. There are some giggles, but the script and characters are total idiots. Michael Jai White is good because of the guy who is destined to deal with a community full of old people. He is all handyman/deliveryman around him. However, writer/director Jason Krawczyk provides us with a world that has no appearance for reality or comedy.

A man must protect grandma’s house from simple people who want to steal her antiques. *Yes, this story is simple. * Don’t mess with grandma Many curses are provided. There is low key violence, deliberately played for laughter and horrible rhythms.

Simple and annoying
Perhaps the only clever screenwriter is to wear pig masks in three possible theft cases. Three little pigs! Get it? Humor will never surpass this level of intelligence.
Somewhat amazing Don’t mess with grandma Written/directed by the same guy who brought us He never dies. The 2015 comedy horror movie was pretty good. This effort is filled with an incredibly shallow and simple town that wants to rob Grandma.
There is a moment
Michael Jai White is really fun in some places. His embarrassment with animals of any kind is convincing. Jackie Richardson manages to make Granna annoying, not the least likable person. People just want to doubt what JT did for her destiny.
Sadly, every time Don’t mess with grandma Tickling the tickling bones, it continues to bother and trouble.
Most conversations feel improvised. Difference. White managed to make his embarrassment feel natural. The moment of “through the woods” is very interesting, the boundary is ” Hook season! “Liu, laughed from me.
Sunset Superman is not
Neither title completely captures the Inane story offered here. A grandmother who reads porn and throws away the food her grandson brings. She treats JT like a child.
The bear that the thief pursues looks as fake as a wolf’s head with plastic teeth.
The best exchange
After JT called the thief a “butt bucket”, the following exchange actually made me laugh:
One of the characters answered: “f **k you Solomon Grundy!”
JT: “f **k you Alfred E Neuman!”
Town people: “Alfred E Neuman? Who is Alfred E Neuman?”
JT: Obviously your father. ”
*For younger viewers, Alfred E Neuman is Crazy Magazine.
This communication is the most interesting moment in the entire movie.
judgment
Don’t mess with grandma/Sunset Superman Earn 5 stars of 5 stars. It’s a chaotic and annoying comedy. Krawcyzk should reconsider this prank towards comedians and then return to horror. Sorry, companion, but you really messed up with this dog.
The movie can be streamed on Prime and Tubi.
But seriously, unless you are a devout Michael Jai White fan? Don’t bother.
