Best New Artist nominee Ela Taubert took the stage at the 2024 Latin Grammy Awards to perform a new bilingual version of her song “¿Cómo Pasó?” and Joe Jonas.
The two looked like rock stars on stage, wearing all-black outfits with silver accents. They sang in English and Spanish with powerful voices. Colombian singer and songwriter Ela Taubert, who had her big break last year with her EP, is in the running for the coveted Best New Artist award along with a host of emerging artists: Agris, Kevin Aguilar, Darumas, Nicolle Horbath, Latin Mafia, Cacá Magalhães, Os Garotin, Iñigo Quintero and Sofi Saar.
The 25th Anniversary Latin Grammy Awards event can be viewed on Univision, Galavisión and ViX. The award ceremony took place in the Casea Center with Alejandro Fernández, Becky G, Carín León, Eladio Carrión ), Jon Bon Jovi, Kali Uchis and Residente will perform. For the second year in a row, songwriter and producer Edgar Barrera leads the nominations list with nine. Following closely behind are superstars Karol G and Bad Bunny, who each received 8 mentions.
