Sony Music Publishing has signed a global publishing deal with multi-genre songwriter and producer Julian Bunetta.
SMP noted that Julian Bunetta has been “the driving force behind today’s hits in pop, country and beyond.”
Bunetta’s workload has exceeded 30 billion He has worked with stars such as Sabrina Carpenter, Teddy Swims, Thomas Rhett, One Direction, Niall Horan, Rudimental and many more.
This year, he co-wrote and produced several chart-topping songs, including Sabrina Carpenter’s Top 40 No. 1 hit Espressowhich also peaked at No. 1 on Billboard’s Global 200 and World (excluding the U.S.) charts; and Teddy Swims’ out of controlreaching No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and Top 40 charts, as well as reaching No. 1 on multiple airplay charts including Pop, Adult Pop, and Adult R&B.
Sabrina Carpenter’s latest single keeps Bunetta’s winning streak alive tastewhich has just spent a full month at No. 1 on the Official UK Singles Chart.
Elsewhere in his career, Bunetta has written hits for the likes of One Direction: story of my life and drag me down, and Niall Horan’s slow handbasic these days, and thomas ritter Look what God has given her.
