Fire Nation fans have been in agony during the long wait for Fire Nation Season 3 to air. We’re finally going to find out the answer to this year’s biggest question.
Fire Nation Season 3 Episode 1 spoiler post discusses all the theories fandom has come up with following the Fire Nation Season 2 cliffhanger.
We finally get to know “what the bride said.”
What did the bride say?
As Fire Nation wraps up its second season—in the midst of a major slump—Gabriella and Diego stand at the altar ready to recite their vows.
But when they said “I do,” we were busy watching Manny being handcuffed and put into the back of a police car. So, in theory, they may or may not get married when the Fire Nation returns.
We know from the promos that the show is coming back for a third season. Is Gabby supposed to think that her wedding crasher, who turned out to be a helicopter that actually crashed her wedding, was divine intervention?
Maybe the universe is telling her that she married the wrong person!
I’m probably going to get nasty with the next comment, but it won’t be the first time. But I’m sure I’ll also have supporters who agree.
I hope Gabriella and Diego actually get married.
Will Bode become a firefighter again?
Bode had just been released from prison. The last thing he needs to focus on is relationships. He still had to find a way back to the fire department. It couldn’t be as simple as his dad or mom hiring him.
While the show is no stranger to nepotism, Vince and Sharon believe in following the rules. Most of the time.
But Bode doesn’t need to have an official fire department title to become a firefighter. In the Fire Nation Season 2 finale, he saves a young boy while working on a construction site.
Heroism is what Bode does best.
It’s like timing has a way of finding him. Or maybe everyone associated with Station 42. Even when they tried to celebrate the wedding, the fire found them.
We know Bode is attending Gabriella’s wedding. It seems like he’ll do the right thing and keep his feelings a secret so she can marry another man.
marvelous! Bode’s personal growth since season one has been impressive and heartwarming.
Judging from promotional photos circulating before the season started, we also know Bode will be helping other rescue crews deal with the helicopter crash scene.
So naturally he won’t sit idly by. He’s going to take it upon himself to save some lives. Perhaps his independent aid will generate some goodwill with those in power who control his professional destiny.
Head into the comments section and let us know if you’d like to see Bode back in action as a firefighter.
Or would you prefer him to do his own thing without the strict rules and supervision of the fire department? We already have a maverick firefighter coming to the show.
The future for Border supporters
Over the course of his two seasons in the Fire Nation, we’ve seen Bode assemble an impressive support team to help him stay on track.
Although his biggest supporter and influence Manny is now switching places with Bode. While Bode is walking free in society, his mentor is back behind bars after a scuffle with Luke Leone.
Shh!
In terms of Perez’s future, the plot line could go in a variety of directions. He may be able to get out of jail on probation and face disciplinary action from the fire department.
It’s possible he could be released from the fire department entirely and no longer be an official firefighter. Isn’t it cute but depressing? Two ex-cons with a passion for putting out fires but no formal method?
Or the story could go in another direction, heightening the already teasing tension between Manny and Gabriella. And Manny and the Leones.
Manny could be jailed. He has a criminal record, which makes any type of arrest more difficult to dismiss without penalty. He may have good character references which may reduce his sentence.
Maybe we’ll see Manny in Fire Nation Season 3’s Three Rock Fire Camp.
That is, if there are three rocks to return to.
We see Eve in season two struggling to keep the prison camp open. Fans didn’t know who was trying to shut the place down until midway through the season.
Luke.
Now you can see why Manny Fool hit him, which got him into legal trouble.
After Season 2 ended, Eve was still in charge of Three Rocks, and in Fire Nation Season 1, Bode violated his parole and replaced Manny after the fiasco.
She also caught the attention of her superiors, who offered her an impressive promotion. But she turned the job down because it would have meant moving to Sacramento.
Let’s just hope she doesn’t shoot herself in the foot and stick with a job she won’t have for much longer.
But Eve isn’t the only one considering a career change at the end of the season. When Fire Nation Season 3 Episode 1 begins, Station 42 Fire Department may be recruiting new firefighters.
Because Jack was trying to adopt Gene, he told Sharon that he was considering leaving the fire department and taking a safer role with the NCFD.
However, the ending of Fire Nation Season 2 gave Jack the shock of his life. Bode’s new boss – also a former drug dealer – comes to town to meet his possible daughter.
Genevieve.
If you’ve seen the Fire Nation Season 2 shorts, you know that Jean is Kara’s daughter. Who is Jack’s fiancé? And Bode’s ex-girlfriend.
So…you guessed it. We spent most of season two assuming that Bode was the long-lost father. Once Kara dies and custody is given to him, he’s ready to step up and be a great person.
But both Genevieve and Jack disagree with Kara’s decision. The two want Uncle Jack to be Jack’s dad instead of Bode’s dad being Uncle Bode’s.
After some tension between him and Jack (we’re used to that, right?), Bode shows his newfound maturity and steps aside.
Seriously, the writers are obsessed with Bode losing the women in his life.
This is not to say that Jack is better off. He lost Gabriella to Bode, who in turn lost her to Diego. Then Jack is seriously injured during a rescue mission and loses Kara. Just when he’s ready to try a new career path, he might lose the daughter he wanted.
I want to hear your voices here, fans.
What do you think about Jack moving his job to a more secure position? Do you want him to continue putting out fires? Do you want him to adopt Jean?
Whether Vince Leone will return to firefighting duty is an agonizing wait. Since the new season begins during the wedding we left off, Vince is still on medical leave due to heart issues.
First up was Sharon’s kidney disease in Fire Nation Season 1.
Will there be a health emergency in Season 3?
Speaking of Sharon, in Fire Nation Season 2 Episode 9, she stepped up and took over Vince’s duties when he had to step down during the campaign fire.
Since resigning as CFD battalion commander, she has had some time on her hands. The character is played by Vince’s snake brother Luke. This position gave him the authority to try to shut down Sanyan.
What made him deserved to be punched.
But now things are out in the open, with Sharon announcing her intentions to Luke outside of the wedding. She’s taking her job back.
So does this mean Fire Station 42 needs a new fire chief until Vince comes back? Will Luke be demoted and eventually take charge at the station? Or will we meet a new member of the team?
