The original Freddie Freaker (sometimes called Freddy Freaker) is a character created by LA Toys in 1987. He appeared in a common spot on MTV promoting his hotline “1-900-490-FREAK” for teenagers.
Callers can choose to listen to recordings of strange sounds, jokes, and more, or make their own rap songs.
