For those who crash-land into town in FROM, there’s a significant adjustment period. We’ve seen this happen a few times early on, with varying results.
In FROM Season 3 Episode 4, when Officer Acosta enters town with Tabitha and Henry, she opens fire, unfortunately leaving one casualty in her wake.
Now that she’s had some time to digest the situation, she wants to do more, but as you can see in this exclusive clip from Season 3, Episode 7, she might be in for a rude awakening.
When the Matthews arrive in FROM Season 1 Episode 1, we see their fear and reluctant acceptance of the town and everything that has happened since.
Jim’s radio theory fails and Tabitha’s trip to the woods yields short-term results until she finds herself back in the town, revealing the various quests they went on to save their family from the horrific town.
Everyone wanted to go home and we saw all kinds of adventures. But that’s it.

As you’ll see in the FROM clip, Kenny, an experienced veterinarian, told Acosta everything she didn’t want to hear, although he was speaking from a place of experience.
He had been there long enough to see a lot of people coming to town and thought they would be the ones to solve the problem. Unfortunately, he’d been there long enough to know that nothing had changed.
If anything, things have gotten worse lately.
Acosta may mean well, but she doesn’t get it yet. Maybe after having a conversation like this with Kenny, though, she’ll start to understand things better.
Elsewhere in the hour, we see the aftermath of a major non-pregnancy event and what it means for Fatima.
Discovering the news in FROM Season 3 Episode 6 comes as a big blow to Fatima and Ellis, who are searching for answers to Fatima’s mysterious longing.
At the very least, discovering that the baby was not present on the ultrasound would only add to the confusion and fear.
We also see some feed enter the forest, as Matthews and Jade begin heading to a location near food and three rocks, opening up Tabitha’s memory.
This trip to the woods could prove fruitful if Tabitha can unlock something else and bring some clues to the kids she keeps seeing.
It will also continue to follow Randall and Julie hanging out and maybe telling each other about their shared experiences.
We haven’t seen much of this pair as time goes on, so it’ll be interesting to see what they do.
