FUGA, a B2B music publisher owned by Downtown Music, has signed a strategic partnership with Manila-based management and production company ASINTADA, marking its expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.
The deal brings Filipino rap icon Gloc-9 and other renowned OPM (Original Philippine Music) talents under the FUGA distribution network.
Founded in 2012, ASINTADA represents some of the Philippines’ biggest hip-hop artists, including Gloc-9, who has amassed 500 million Spotify streams and won 60 awards throughout his career. The company also manages Rising Stars Shanti Paint, Flow G, and Hello, Klee.

The partnership gives ASINTADA access to FUGA’s global distribution network, marketing services and analytics platform. The partnership is part of FUGA’s wider expansion in the Philippines, which currently includes partnerships with Jesuit Communications Foundation, Crown Studios Inc, 314 Studios and Morobeats.
