The release of tickets for Glastonbury Festival is one of the most eager and dreaded days for British music fans. The performing arts festival, which began in 1970, is a highlight of the summer festival, with its 210,000 tickets usually sold out instantly amid queues and competition for passes.
Now, the festival has announced the release process for the 2025 edition. Ticket sales for coach and package tickets will begin at 6pm (GMT) on 14 November, followed by general sales at 9am (GMT) on 17 November. The festival will take place from June 25 to 29, 2025.
Hopefuls are required to pre-register at the festival before sales begin. Registration deadline is 5pm (GMT) on 11 November. Those who have registered to participate in the film festival in previous years do not need to register again. You can register here.
Tickets cost £373.50 ($494), plus a £5 booking fee. A £75 (US$98) deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due before the first week of April 2025.
Held in Somerset, England, the festival regularly attracts international superstars to the sacred Pyramid Stage.
In 2024, the festival features Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA, with recent performers including Elton John, Paul McCartney, Kendrick Lamar, Billie Eilish and more.
The lineup for the 2025 festival has yet to be announced, but will arrive in stages over the coming months.
Oasis have dismissed rumors that they will play festivals next summer as part of their Live ’25 reunion tour. Another much-rumored artist, Olivia Rodrigo, has announced two shows in Manchester on June 30th and July 1st. Rodrigo last performed on The Other Stage in the 2022 edition.
