Paramount+ has had some hits recently, such as Landman and School Spirits Season 2, and streaming platforms are expected to maintain this winning streak.
The new crime drama will premiere on Thursday, March 20, with two episodes of the Global Paramount+ region dropping.
The new series will be aired weekly in the May 1 finale.

The finale of “Season” is interesting, as the newly released Happy Face trailer reminds me of a lot of crime dramas that invaded small screens during the Peak TV era.
Often, they usually don’t ask for more episodes due to cases with well-defined endpoints.

It doesn’t stop some shows from creativity, like HBO’s Easttown Mare.
Thankfully, Easttown’s Mare is still a miniseries so far, but it’s unclear how Face’s finale ends or whether more plots are needed.
Can happy face-to-face rewards in Season 2?
Often, limited series sales are sold because they are meant to avoid showing for years of audiences, which is a brief investment.
The direct attraction of happy faces is the actor.

Emmy nominated and Tony-winning Annaleigh Ashford is co-led with the unrivaled Dennis Quaid.
James Wolk, Tamera Tomakili, Khiyla Aynne and Benjamin Mackey are also considered regulars in the series.
Happy Faces are inspired by the real life of Melissa G. Moore.
Official description ridicule: “Jumped out of Moore’s real life story, the Paramount + Original series follows Melissa (Ashford) and her imprisoned father, known as the Happy Killer (quaid).

“After decades of untouched contact, he finally found a way to force himself back into his daughter’s life. In a game against the clock, Melissa must find out whether an innocent person will be executed for the crimes his father committed,” the streaming platform added.
“Throughout the process, she discovered that her father had an impact on the victim’s family, and she had to face her identity.”
Melissa and her father are full of vitality
The official trailer shows the dynamic dynamic between Melissa and her father, and it successfully tries to give me an idea of their past and why their lives will be intertwined again.
Melissa has nothing to do with her murdered father at the beginning of the camera, as she is driven back by his identity and what he does.

However, she did admit that he was an ordinary father until his murderous tendency emerged.
Something tells me that happy faces throw out what we think we know in the air and flip the script to raise the ante.
The most chillest moment in the trailer involves Melissa being told that the happy killer will only talk to her or others about victims that many people don’t know.
I can’t even start dealing with the difficulty of Melissa telling everyone the truth about her father when she got this call.
