It’s refreshing to hear that the show will be of higher quality than everyone else, but how does the series successfully gain over 20 years of abilities from its initial finale?

Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 7 Episode 22 ends with Sunnydale, and then, Hellmouth is destroyed and kills all the supernatural creatures.

But without some creative fluctuation to subvert the world Buffy Summers knew and got used to it for years, the mission of this fate would not be fulfilled.

The world’s weight has been dependent on her soldiers for so long, but everything changes with Willio’s spell, which makes it possible for everyone to become the killer.

The final shot of the series made Buffy grin at the big hole she once called home because she could do anything for the first time as long as she could remember.

Angel Season 5 has some minor updates on whereabouts after the series finale, but despite numerous teases, Sarah isn’t showing up.

Joss Whedon continues the Vampire Slayer storyline in a series of comic books, but they give fans a sour taste because many developments don’t feel like this is happening in this franchise .

If that’s the case, it sounds like the series will somehow re-end the finale spelling, because why would Buffy help one of the young women?

Audible’s Slayers: A Buffyverse story successfully keeps the spell intact. Eight hours of audio drama are a brave effort to reunite various characters without having to ride.

Maybe that’s what Disney is selling in making new series: there’s still a passionate audience waiting for more Vampire Killer content over the years.

How does the vampire killer Buffy return after the series finale?

If I had to guess that after the events of Vampire Slayer Season 7, a new or old villain would originate from nowhere and, after a period of peace, put the world into chaos.

Perhaps when a person has the power and mission to defeat the undead, the villain will find a way to return to the old path.

Buffy can then track the person and serve as the Watchman, as the former chief killer can help a young woman work hard to embrace this lifestyle.

The Watchmen Council exploded in its final season, but given the influx of new killers, the Scooby Gang will be the first to put in new efforts to help these women meet their strength and what they have to do.

There are a lot of possibilities here, but something tells me that we won’t see Spike, Angel, or other legacy vampires unless the storyline calls for it.

Vampires shouldn’t be of age, as it’s understandable that James Marsters and David Boreanaz have been over 20 years since last played these characters on screen.

Again, there are great techniques to make people stand out, so maybe that will work.

However, any reboot or sequel shouldn’t try to touch Horn in these legacy characters, because that would be awful.

The only way the show succeeds is if it is necessary to make a cameo with new characters and storylines and features. It is necessary to feel that the show can survive on its own strengths, rather than on familiar faces.
