Jay-Z (Sean Carter) is accused in a civil lawsuit filed Sunday of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 with Sean “Diddy” Combs — whom he immediately called ” “Fraud” lawyer filed for “extortion attempt.”
In a complaint filed in federal court in New York, the unnamed Jane Doe accuses Combs and Carter of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party after the MTV Video Music Awards. The case is an updated version of an earlier lawsuit that previously only involved Coombs.

Combs has faced numerous abuse allegations over the past year, starting with civil lawsuits and ending with an explosive federal indictment in September in which prosecutors accused him of engaging in a sprawling criminal enterprise that targeted Satisfy his need for “sexual gratification”.

“My only heartbreak is for my family,” Carter said. “My wife and I are going to have to sit our kids down, one of whom is at an age where her friends will definitely see the media and ask questions about the nature of these claims and explain how cruel and greedy people are.
