John Legend believes his daughter Luna’s favorite singer is Sabrina Carpenter. He was wrong.

The first episode of the show Advertising board family The Game, which features Legend being quizzed by his two eldest children, is currently premiering but was filmed in late 2024 — when Luna also had a one-on-one interview with her father about his children’s album, my favorite dream.
“Favorite singer?” Luna asks her father during the competition in the video above.
“Your favorite right now is Sabrina Carpenter,” Legend said, but Luna contradicted his answer.
“What’s wrong with this? Because I was in the car when you picked the songs,” he told his daughter.
He was wrong because her favorite singer was dadcertainly. (As you watch her silently point at him, note the heart-shaped eyes and smiling-with-tears emoji.)
“Ahhhh. Okay. You melt my heart,” the “LOVE” singer said in a clip from the family game.
Legend then correctly identified some of Miles’ favorite musical artists: Zedd, Marshmello, and The Chainsmokers.
“He loves DJing so much,” Legend joked, “I think he wants to do a residency in Las Vegas at some point.”
The sweet game also allowed Legend to answer questions about Luna and Miles’ favorite hobbies, things to do with dad, TV shows, books and meals. Stick around until the end of the video to see how they rate superstar parents.
