Justin Timberlake has canceled his next concert scheduled for December 2 at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City due to a back injury. This is the eighth concert of Timberlake’s “Forget Tomorrow” world tour launched in April this fall to be postponed.
“I’m so sorry Oklahoma City… I had to cancel my show on December 2nd. I injured my back in NOLA and was ordered to rest a little longer. Thank you for your support – as you all know I hate doing this,” he wrote in a statement shared via Instagram Story on Saturday (November 30). A rescheduled date has not yet been announced.
In late October, Timberlake canceled six concerts of his Forget Tomorrow world tour (Columbus, Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Grand Rapids), citing bronchitis and laryngitis. These performances have been rescheduled for 2025.
He developed the disease in early October after he canceled a show in Newark, New Jersey due to an injury he said left him unable to perform. Luckily, he was able to reschedule and perform there a week later.
Currently, Timberlake is set to return to the stage at a December 4 concert in Houston, Texas.
His tour lasted until December 20th, then took a break for the holidays and resumed again on January 13th. A full list of Timberlake’s tour dates can be found on his official website.
