Kelly Clarkson will continue dancing at the Pink Pony Club and perform her hit song “Kellyoke” with Chappell Roan on the daytime talk show on Monday afternoon (November 25) cover.
Wearing a pink sweater dress, Clarkson sang the lyrics as her instrumentalists and backing vocalists (affectionately known as “my band y’all”) supported her during the national anthem chorus. “I’m gonna keep dancing in West Hollywood/I’m gonna keep dancing at the Pink Pony Club,” she belts out on the hook.
“I’m so excited for Chappelle, who got six Grammy nominations a few weeks ago. It’s awesome,” Clarkson said after her performance. Roan was nominated for Best New Artist, and she The Rise and Fall of the Midwestern Princess Nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album. Meanwhile, the project’s breakout hit “Good Luck, Babe!” won Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.
Next month, Clarkson will return for a second year as host of NBC’s annual show Christmas at Rockefeller Center Aired on December 4th.
