Kylie Minogue is back and her new single “Lights Camera Action,” released today (September 27), is set to turn heads.
The song is the first single from her highly anticipated upcoming album Zhang Li Erreleased October 18 via Mushroom Music.
On Lights Camera Action, the Aussie pop legend dives into the world of electronics, continuing the nightclub-inspired sound of her last album nervous Popular around the world.
The single was produced by Lewis Thompson and features credits from Kylie, Thompson and Ina Wroldsen (co-writer of her last hit “Padam Padam”) A co-creation filled with high-energy beats perfect for the dance floor.
The song is a celebration of all things glamorous and is accompanied by a music video directed by Sophie Muller and filmed in Budapest, which sees the pop queen take on a number of iconic roles, from movie star to photographer . Fans won’t have to wait long to watch the full visual spectacle, which will premiere at 6 a.m. PT.
Kelly’s upcoming album, Zhang Li Erwill be a powerful follow-up to her last album, featuring collaborations with The Blessed Madonna, Orville Peck, Bebe Rexha, Tove Lo and Sia.
